The Deep State Murdered MLK, Jr.

On December 8, 1999, a Memphis, TN jury took 30 minutes to return a Guilty verdict regarding the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.  Not only did the four week trial prove that the US government assassinated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on April 4, 1968, it proved that James Earl Ray was not the shooter.

While full transcripts of this under-reported civil case are available online, the FBI, local police, CIA, and general US military -- aka, "The Deep State" -- were all found to have had a hand in the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. in Memphis, TN.  James Earl Ray, on the other hand, was all but posthumously acquitted by the findings (he conveniently died in prison the year before).

Yet, to this day, mainstream propaganda outlets claim Ray, an escaped convict from Missouri, was a lone wolf with ties to White Supremacists who flew under the radar.

Seriously.

Less well-noted is the fact that he visited Los Angeles months before he was routed to Memphis.  While in L.A., James Earl Ray saw a $20 hypnotist named Reverend Xavier Von Koss... once.  He was also seeing a clinical psychologist named Dr. Mark Freeman, who also specialized in Hypnotism.  Actually, Ray (then using the name, Eric Galt) saw a slew of psychiatrists and hypnotists from the Los Angeles area in the months prior to Dr. King's assassination.

Again: Three months to the day before Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot, the alleged lone wolf shooter, James Earl Ray (as Eric Galt), was briefly under the care of a hypnotist in Los Angeles, CA, named Rev. X, and was reportedly involved with the Church of Scientology.

(Deniers from The Church of Scientology dispute this, of course.)

This is typical of of cases involving the CIA and "Manchurian Candidates:" The "unofficial" report is muddied with allegations of sexual deviance, involvement in counter-culture organizations, Anti-American movements, cults and the Occult, and so forth.  These allegations are used to discredit the lone wolf actor, and the trail of breadcrumbs is meant to confound investigators.

This is the CIA's Modus Operandi: Baffle them with Bullshit.

It should be noted that the bullet recovered from the scene of the crime did not match the gun Ray provided following his arrest in London, and the FBI had directly attempted to blackmail King into committing suicide!  But this was all covered-up by Prosecutors who persuaded Ray to plead Guilty so he could avoid a jury trial which carried the possibility of the Death Penalty.  Ray quickly recanted, however.

In all, the 1999 trial provided a wealth of evidence that conclusively proves the US government assassinated Martin Luther King, Jr., and exonerates James Earl Ray, yet no Criminal proceedings have taken place in the 20 years since the trial was held.

Fifty-one years after Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, his surviving relatives, along with the surviving relatives of both President John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy -- both of whom were also assassinated by US government agencies known colloquially as "The Deep State" -- called for new probes into the deaths of MLK, JFK, and RFK.

The DHS is best known as the acronym for the terrorist military giant, the Department of Homeland Security. However, the intentionally impoverished know it better as the Department of Human Services.  One of its branches is the CPS, or Child Protection Services -- a front for pedophiles and human traffickers protected by powerful entities in all sectors, specifically business, government, and media.  In Tennessee, one of the first states to adopt a statewide system of socialized healthcare, CPS is also a drug-testing company which runs the majority of pain management clinics throughout the surrounding area.

THE WHISPER CURE

Originally installed to detect Soviet atomic tests, America is covered by omnidirectional microphones reflected off "weather" balloons, satellites, and large, airborne vehicles that pick-up even the slightest breath and broadcast on a wide spectrum of frequencies.  This forms an UMBRELLA of surveillance beneath which not even angels can fart unheard.  In fact, these parabolic arrays are often used by Law Enforcement to pinpoint gunshots, especially in larger cities.

Operatives can arrive on-scene in moments to escalate very minor situations -- forcing murders, illegal kidnappings (private prison industry), and medical institutionalization.  This is known as gangstalking targeted individuals.  While rinky-dink operations usually resort to bolder methodologies, the most sophisticated use whispering voices only targeted individuals can hear... and accomplices and co-conspirators readily ignore.

These "voices" are also broadcast on TV and radio by agents and operatives working in the US Coalition media syndicate (Press Corps), as well as over computers and Internet-connected devices.  This form of gangstalking is meant to silence, intimidate, and escalate situations -- preying upon the Targeted Individual by exploiting feelings of shame, fear, unworthiness, and general despair.  In this scenario, the Targeted Individual is either driven to suicide, crime, drug addiction, or an institution.  In the latter scenario, the Targeted Individual is maliciously dosed with psychotropic medications developed by the Nazi CIA in the 1940s for use in "enhanced interrogation."

This is colloquially referred to as "Paranoid Schizophrenia" by the criminal underworld: An UMBRELLA term for the murderous SIGINT Operation, formerly known as Project: CHATTER (AnnA).

Infrasound is used to induce paranoia and fear, but also such medical maladies as Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, and similar (often paralytic) medical issues.  Paralyzed "units" -- cruelly referred to as "potatoes" -- are abused, but kept alive to collect their benefits.  They are used for sadistic, "experimental," medical testing, and can sometimes be seen in hardcore, pornographic, sadomasochistic films featuring military units.  Some of these are filmed in Flagstaff, AZ -- near the La Huacha Army Base -- others in Nevada, Texas, and overseas (mainly in the UK), but all are financed by the US Pentagon.

These "potatoes" are considered War Trophies.

CRISIS INTERVENTION, INC.

Filth, known as daesh in some countries and languages, include "defense contractors" fronting as medical organizations and religious institutions.  Many of these NGOs receive donations illegally that are re-routed into political elections as "Dark Money," as well as far Blacker Operations.  Some, such as the Church of Scientology, offer rehabilitation and community outreach programs to those in need (Narconon), only to lure them into highly dangerous cults that have tendrils running deep into all areas of Human Life, worldwide (and beyond) -- including the Legal, political, and corporate (all Commercial) sectors, as well as military Black Ops.  Some of these programs are referred to as "Crisis Acts."  Like the Children of God, the Church of Scientology also employs sex and sexuality, or "the honeypot," as a means of recruitment.

Similar organizations, such as extremist Christian-based NGOs, proffer similar programs using similar methodologies (all of these operations are the same, and run by the same conspirators) -- such as "Pray the Gay Away" concentration camps.  Streetgangs run work camps called group homes, while large medical corporations operate retirement centers and in-home hospice care through smaller front companies.  All of these are designed to enlist the victims in unnecessary insurance programs and rob them of their benefits -- especially their Disability and Social Security Insurance (SSI).  Forced prostitution is the name of the Game; G.O.D. suffers not a fool, or so the saying goes.

The NSA, NSC, and similar surveillance programs are rife with members of these, and many other, "religious" paramilitary organizations -- including Streetgangs, the members of which are known colloquially as "gangbangers."  But the deadliest are the corporations, most of which are non-taxable NGO that are media (crisis actors) and medical -based.  The Nazi DOJ (owners of theweirding.com, transferred from China -- unaffiliated with our little dog and pony show here) runs the private prison industry throughout America, and creates havoc in communities such as Charleston in order to make arrests that either fill prisons or the military's ranks.

Surveillance methods (FISA) also "allow" these evil, paramilitary organizations to illegally capture compromising images, film, and recordings of innocent civilians that are then used to extort, discredit, and defame those "They" determine to be unworthy of G.O.D.'s love.  "They" decide who deserves to be imprisoned, who deserves to be rehabilitated, and who deserves to be murdered.

High rates of Recidivism are ensured by releasing the worst offenders first.  Thus, society remains terrorized by these career criminals and their Law Enforcement conspirators, making it easier to drum-up support for harsher sentencing laws, more prisons, more police, and higher budgets to cover the ever-rising costs.

This scheme is known as "The Perfect Circle."

WHITE GENOCIDE

In retaliation for unemployed white males who refuse to take what they erroneously consider "welfare" (Social Security is paid into, which is why the NAZI government steals it back -- or "repatriates" it), countless unemployed white males have been silently murdered in what the media syndicate (Press Corps) continually misrepresents as an "opioid epidemic."  In reality, several of these deaths were not related to opioids at all; many were related to benzos, others to street drugs (mostly heroin and amphetamines), and most remain unsolved (stuck).

The "opioid crisis" is related to a long-standing demand for opioids by the MIC and professional sports clubs, which consume massive amounts both medically and recreationally.  This is why "we" Americans fight unwinnable wars (Occupation) in Afghanistan -- one of the few places on earth amenable to poppy cultivation.

Much of this necessary (to some people) medication is shipped to Baltimore (2018) for street usage, but a lot of it is used by professional and college-level athletic clubs.  The US military and medical sector stockpiles the rest.  Don't forget that chronic pain sufferers fought for decades to have this medication made available in the first place!  Many suffered indescribably, and died unnecessarily in abject pain, before this happened.

Many of these chronic pain and anxiety patients can be compromised simply by withholding their medication, or forcing them to take unnecessary medications in order to receive the medications they need.  This writer has personally experienced the latter, as Nurse Practitioners decided I needed experimental medications -- and refused me the doctor-prescribed meds they were supposed to dispense -- unless I agreed to take the former in conjunction.  Their excuse was that they did not "feel comfortable" dispensing the medication as prescribed.

The combination lead to easily foreseen contraindications that forced me into the Emergency Room, leading me to believe this second-guessing was intentional.  And Malicious.

POISON POND

In many institutional facilities, urine samples are collected from clean patients and prisoners, then substituted for those of dopefiends' -- primarily professional athletes, but also military personnel, favored prisoners, Law Enforcement agents, and others.

These clean samples are known in the criminal underworld as "water."

CPS routinely compromises drug abusers and legitimate, controlled medication patients alike by threatening the removal of their children.  In most cases, these victims agree to participate in "ongoing investigations" concocted by "Law Enforcement" agencies working in tandem with welfare agencies and streetgangs -- this is specific to the FBI (this is the FBI's modus operandi).  No progress is ever made in these alleged investigations.  They simply drag on and on for years, then it is decades later before heavily redacted confessions are released by these same agencies in an attempt to allay public concern.

Defense and Security personnel continue to fail as "lone" wolves (that's the plural) "fly under their radar," and crime escalates, allowing the former the opportunity to cry for more defense spending and greater funding... despite the fact that, were they competent in the first place, it follows that terrorist organizations, drug use, and crime would be on the decline.

Defense contractors (Special Security Office) use single sign-on (SSO) services to access databases of records compiled by the SSO (Social Security Office) to target individuals.  Gangstalking techniques railroad these otherwise innocuous people into compromising situations that allow these criminal elements to assume control of Benefits payments (SSI, Disability checks), or otherwise force the beneficiaries into situations in which they never would have been involved.

The FBI and State Police are two of the worst offenders in regards to this particular conspiracy, but they are far from alone.

The UMBRELLA Conspiracy

The DHS -- an acronym for both the Department of Human Services (Welfare) and the Department of Homeland Security (Defense) -- uses the pain management company, CPS, as a front for the forced trafficking and prostitution of children, the Disabled, and the unemployed.  CPS is also the acronym of Child Protection Services, which falls under the auspices of the DHS (the Department of Homeland Security/Human Services).  That these acronyms are synonymous is no coincidence; this allows the criminals to claim they legally "disclosed" their identity (they absolutely did not; this is known as Fraud -- it would be Identity Theft, were they individuals, but that's... another Conspiracy post [same conspiracy, too!]).  This leads to what is known as "manufactured consent."

And no one cares -- because this is largely run by the Black Mafia Family (BMF), FBI, and similarly-aligned organizations, and primarily preys upon impoverished Southerners and disenfranchised minorities in urban areas.

That is the DHS/CPS (Clarksville, TN) UMBRELLA Conspiracy, comprising the alleged "Opioid Epidemic," the all-too real "Panda Express" (Pizzagate), and far worse.  It really is all related, far from theoretical, and all leads back to the same Federal Department:

TN Men Post Pictures of Dead Police Officers on Property

Two brothers from Kingston, TN, have posted graphic images of slain police officers on a homemade billboard in front of their property as a warning to others. The officers in the photographs were shot and killed by the brothers in 2006. They were allegedly there to serve a warrant, but the brothers claim the cops were corrupt and tried to kill them. They were never convicted.

While authorities expressed dismay at the posting, they admitted that the brothers have not violated any laws. The pictures were used in the trial against the two.

Things What Done Fell from the Sky: Shower of Serpents

The southern part of Memphis, TN was covered by a shower of living snakes measuring from 12-18" in length one day in early 1877. While the official explanation was that the snakes had been lifted into the air and later dropped by hurricane winds, experts admitted they had no idea where such an abundance of serpents would be found in one place.

Tennessee Seizes Mephedrone Products

The State of Tennessee mandated seizure of the product known as Molly's Plant Food.  Packets of Molly's Plant Food contained one to two pills, which sold for $8-12 apiece.  The pills, or capsules, were taken as ecstacy, as they contained mephedrone.  Mephedrone is classified as both a stimulant and cathinone, with side effects such as elevated blood pressure, increased heart rate, psychotic behavior, and more.

Mephedrone, also known as "M" or "M-Kat," was the focus of scrutiny in the UK last year.  It was eventually banned there, as well.

Tennessee - January, 1934: Carnivorous Kangaroo or Chupacabra?

In January of 1934, rural Tennessee was under attack from a creature, or creatures, eyewitnesses reported as "fast as lightning" that "looked like a giant kangaroo."  The creature was said to leap and jump about fields, but also attack geese, pets, and ducks.  Kangaroo are vegetarian and generally considered docile.

The outbreak was carried by newspapers nationwide, but largely as a means for ridicule.  Yet eyewitnesses refused to back-down.  A report in the Chattanooga Daily Times even "corroborated" one attack in which, "A kangaroolike beast visited the community and killed dogs left and right, and that's all there is to it."  However, the rash of sightings came and went within that single month, and killer, carnivorous kangaroo have never been reported in or around the area since, leading many to dismiss the incident as a hoax.

But this was nearly 50 years before the legend of the chupacabra became widespread.  Could the carnivorous kangaroo attacks in 1934 Tennessee have been the work of a chupacabra, or did a roo just happen to find its way down South from its more natural habitat (kangaroo have been spotted in many states north of Tennessee) and go a little mad on some animals it may have considered threatening?

The Panther of Blackhole, Tennessee

The story of the Blackhole Panther was relayed to me by someone who has lived in the area her entire life.  I believe it to be fallacious (to a large extent) and classify it simply as Tennessee folklore of the region.  I relate it in hopes of hearing from others who may have heard the tale of the Blackhole Panther, or possibly even have an encounter of their own to share.

According to the subject, she, her future husband, his brother, and his brother's wife were "partying" on the Buffalo River in Humphreys County (Tennessee) at an area once called "Blackhole," at Exit 143 (I-240), late one night in the summer of 1980.  She had to think about the date, but settled firmly on 1980, as her child was born in 1981.

The spot was called "Blackhole" due to the depth of the river at that point.  According to the subject, "If you stood on the bridge in broad daylight, the water looked black, it was so deep."  She later relayed several stories of people who tried to reach the bottom but could not.  Neither she nor I know if Blackhole still exists as it did 30 years ago.

The couples were drinking and smoking marijuana, then decided to go skinny-dipping in the river.  All four went to the bank and began disrobing when they were startled by what "sounded like a woman screaming."

According to the her, local lore held that a "panther" frequented the area and she had "been hoping to see it."  When the shriek frightened the foursome, they saw "glowing" red eyes on the opposite bank.  Suitably scared, the party collected their clothing and made their way back to the single car in which they had arrived -- an early 1970's model Ford LTD (1974, according to her, but she was not certain).

She said the eyes belonged to a large, black cat which swam across the Buffalo River to their site and made its way to their car.  The width of the river at Blackhole was estimated by the subject to be about 40' -- or from one side of I-40 (a four-lane interstate) to the other.

She said the Panther of Blackhole approached the car, then mounted the hood.  The cat walked around on the hood before curling-up to gaze at the party, "Daring us to get out of that car."  It had a long body- - distinctly different from that of a bobcat which, though extremely rare, are still in the area -- and a long tail.  Bobcats can be black, but have a distinctive head and mane, which is often gray and tawny.  The bobcat is named for its "bobbed" tail -- a short, stubby, and fuzzy appendage.  The encounter lasted approximately 15 minutes from first appearance (on the opposite side of the river) to it laying on the hood of the car.

The subject continued: About a year after the incident at Blackhole, she and her (then) mother-in-law were at an undisclosed cemetery (the name of which escapes her) at Cuba Landing -- approximately ¹/₂ mile from the site at which they first encountered the Panther of Blackhole -- when they spotted several, small, black creatures in a field.  At first, she thought they dogs, due to their large size.  "They were fuzzy -- fuzzy and black.  There were a lot of stray dogs [that] used to run around out there, back then.  I was pregnant then and I wanted to take one home."

When she went to the fence to lure one, she realized they were large cats and told her mother-in-law, who was still behind the wheel of the car.  Partially inspired by her alleged encounter with the Blackhole Panther, she decided she still wanted one to take home.  As she stood there, her mother-in-law called excitedly from the car, "Those aren't just cats -- here comes their mama!"

The subject said a large, black cat, similar to the one she saw that night at Blackhole a year earlier, slinked from the woods.  Both it and the kittens were sable, with long tails.  She was within an estimated 20' of the kittens and the mother was about twice that distance from them (roughly 60' from the subject).  Her mother-in-law began screaming at her to get in the car.  She did so calmly, but quickly, and they left the area.

The subject says the Blackhole Panther legend was well-known amongst residents of the area at the time, but few claimed to have actually seen it.  She has not heard much about it since, but no longer lives in the area.  The friends she had at that time generally live elsewhere, or she has lost contact with them, and she has since divorced. She never saw the creature before nor since these, possibly related and entirely alleged, incidents.

I wholly discount the witness' alleged encounter at Blackhole, though I do believe she encountered a wild creature that night on the opposite bank -- possibly even one with "glowing red eyes" (that is to say, the eyes were red and may have appeared to be glowing to her and the others in her group). 

That the creature remains unidentified is not meant to suggest an Unknown or Cryptid; there is a very good chance that the creature unseen was, in fact, a bobcat -- or a cougar, bear, owl, even a large, stray dog.  Whether or not anything more happened beyond that point -- the creature crossing the river, and most especially mounting the hood of the car -- I cannot say, but do not believe it did.

I remain unconvinced of the story, though "The Blackhole Panther" sounds cool as hell.  This was the boom-time of the infamous "Beast of Exmoor" in England, and those accounts made headlines and network news here in the States several times throughout the era.  However, The OddBlog is always interested in tales relating to the subject matter we discuss.  If you, or anyone you know, has anything to add to the Panther of Blackhole, TN legend, please share!

Sharks Found in Tennessee River

Two sharks, measuring approximately 14" and weighing two lbs., were found dead in the Tennessee River within a short time of one another.  The first was brought from the river, already dead, by a dog; the second was found washed-up on the bank several miles away.  Both sharks were found by visitors to popular destination points along the river in Decatur County, TN.

While the species of the sharks is unknown, Keith Byrd of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, who is looking into the matter, says he hesitates to call them "baby" sharks.  How the sharks got into the Tennessee River will likely never be known, but it is strongly suspected they were bought as bait in Florida or Mississippi and dumped in the river, perhaps as a joke.  It is also possible they were someone's pets until they outgrew their aquarium home.  However, Byrd says it is possible the sharks made it up the river either from the Gulf of Mexico or the Mississippi River.

Saltwater specimens have been found in freshwater Tennessee rivers before.  A Florida manatee was discovered in the Wolf River Conservancy in Memphis, and blue crab and needlefish have been found in the Tennessee River in the past.

Bible to be Taught in Tennessee Schools

The Tennessee state Board of Education approved guidelines which allow for teachers to move forward with Bible classes, as allowed by a 2008 state law. The law allows "non-sectarian, non-religious academic study of the Bible," so long as literature from other religions are made available to students, too. Bible classes cannot be compulsory.

Even legal experts admit the new law is rather vague, but schools are not required to teach the Holy Bible and those which already proselytize do not have to change their courses unless they face a court challenge.

Hedy Weinberg, the head of Tennessee's chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, said the Constitutionality of the new classes depended completely on how they were taught and whom was doing the teaching: "The devil is in the details," she said.

Giraffe Born at Memphis Zoo

The Memphis Zoo has played host to four baby giraffes in the past four years, the latest of which was born last Thursday. The 6'2" female weighs 125 lbs. and was named "Akili," which means bright or intelligent in Swahili.

Of the four, only one is a male. The male will be sent to another zoo, as males leave the herd when they become juveniles, seeking to mate. The three female calves will stay at the Memphis Zoo. It is too cold for the giraffes to be on exhibit, but they will return as soon as the temperature rises a bit.

30-Hour Power Outage

Sorry. The power went out at around 4:30p Wednesday afternoon and didn't come back on until 9:30-10:00p last night!  The phone was also out, but it turns out that's because the storm killed my Vista box!!!  Luckily, I have this trusty Win 98 back-up.  I can't afford to have the Vista computer repaired right now; it would take every dime I have.  Maybe I can have someone look at it in a few weeks.  In the meantime, I'll make-do with this superior piece of machinery.

Anyway, I didn't get your Ghost Adventures preview posted yesterday, but it's a few hours before the show, so I'll get it to you in a few.

Still Moving

Sorry guys; I forgot about you again. This move is really taking its toll on me. It already took its toll on my little female friend: she flew the coop! But it's all good; the truth is that it's just as well and I guess we've both been thinking that for a while now. I still have almost all the dishes to pack and I knew they would be a hassle, which is why I'd been saying they needed to be packed since the weekend.

If you read the link above, you'll understand why I may be sitting in the dark all weekend. And though I'm almost certainly pulling an all-nighter, I won't be able to be here much tonight. Hopefully, I'll find a few things to keep you busy, but we do have some pretty extensive archives for you to check out until I'm able to get back to you.

Three schools in Fayette County, TN have closed because of the Swine Flu. A school in Shelby County also closed for seven days, as did one in Nashville. Supposedly, there were two cases discovered in Tennessee.

Police Baffled by Victim's Burns

Knoxville, TN police have no idea how a 56-year old victim suffered 2^nd and 3^rd -degree burns to his hands and face when only a single candle was found to be burning in his bathroom.  The OddBlog does: The man burned his hands and face with a candle.

Chattanoogans Find Art Repulsive, Seek Censoring

Ah, Tennessee... is there anymore wretched, inbred, corrupt a place in all America?  Not for my money, and my money goes to pay for shit exactly like this:

City Councilman, Jack Benson, is looking into ways to charge one Chaya Anavi with anything he can to "make an example of her" and her "frightening and grotesque" art display.  Anavi told authorities she is developing an art project on her lawn which includes the dismembered parts of mannequins in various states of what appear to be gruesome deaths.  One mannequin has a corncob in its mouth which some dumb, fucking hillbilly said is meant to portray a vibrator (The Chattanoogan - ever intrepid -- explained parenthetically, sexual toy).

Anavi insisted she was within her 1^st Amendment rights and the display was no different than a nativity scene or the like; The Weirding concurs.  But Tennessee does not give a goddamn about such things as "civil rights" or "personal freedoms" and actively seeks to overturn them at all times.

The city is hoping to bring charges of littering and creating a public disturbance against the artist, who has been cited to city court next Thursday, January 29^th.  Follow the link cited and check out pic #5, which could technically be construed as "littering," but only if TN officials are willing to do the same to everyone with washing machines and cars on bricks in their yards.

Woman Returns $97,000 She Found in Bathroom

A Murfreesboro, TN woman claims to have found $97,000 in cash in a Cracker Barrel bathroom and returned it. Among the bills were a stack of $1000 bills.

75-year old Billie Watts says she found the money in the restroom and it contained nearly $100k in cash, as well as some pictures. She contacted the restaurant about their "Lost & Found" and left her number. Minutes later, a woman Watts describes as "elderly" returned her phonecall and identified pictures in the bag. The unidentified woman told her the money was from the recent sale of her home and belongings and she was relocating to Florida to "start a new life" with her son.

Police have no record of the incident and Cracker Barrel employees say they never saw the money nor the elderly woman to whom it was purportedly returned. $1000 bills have not been printed since 1945.

Crude, Crass, and Historically Accurate: The Saga of the Bell Witch

Where I live is the armpit of the nation. That is assuming that you agree that Los Angeles is the asshole.

Decatur County, TN is run by corrupt, prejudiced, and thoroughly ignorant people. Pretty much everyone in or around it has been to jail and many of those have been somehow graduated to felons, even if their original crime was a simple matter of "jaywalking." It is mere miles from Johnson County, TN - the site of the happenings involved in what we might call The Strange Case of the Bell Witch (largely because I love HP Lovecraft and am drunk).

But this is not a case to be taken lightly. There are few, documented cases of True Elemental activity and, of them, the Bell Witch remains first and foremost. It is the most well-documented, the most acclaimed, and brings with it the most eyewitnesses.

I am going to personally testify on the case of the Bell Witch in a manner unprecedented to now:

Having lived in this region for the past three years, I have personally experienced things and collected stories that are certain to stun you as a reader. None are related to the paranormal, though all will certainly shed some light on what I am individually certain is a bonafide case of Elemental activity.

Did you know that God told The Black Man certain things which made him run, screaming madly, from The Garden of Eden into the Great Beyond, thus hitting branches and so forth along the way which flattened his nose, beat down his brow, and flattened his feet? Nor did I.

Did you know that a woman can mix her menstrual fluid in a jar of brown whiskey to create a love potion which will ensorcel a man forever? Me neither.

Somewhere between what I am going to tell you and what actually happened, you will (I hope) discover that the Saga of the Bell Witch is very, all too, real. But let us not mistake that I am no psychologist, I am no modern parapsychologist; I am simply a folklorist in search of what I have believed, since childhood, to be the truth behind a series of inexplicable events which gripped a young state in its infancy.

As attested to by dozens, if not hundreds, of eyewitnesses - many of whom have been personally verified, as to their existence, by myself at the time of the events reported.

The things I am going to tell you are, well? Basically racist. Largely jaw-dropping. And completely true.

Corrupt Judge Denies West Memphis 3 New Trial

A corrupt judge has denied the West Memphis Three a new trial based on newly-collected DNA evidence because he says the lack of DNA evidence does not indicate proof of Innocence.

Damien Echolls, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley were convicted of the sex-related deaths of three boys 15 years ago. All three have been in prison since then. There was no evidence which led to the boys' arrests or convictions, aside from a coerced confession from Misskelley, who is functionally retarded (having an IQ of around 72).

The injustices these young boys faced at the hands of corrupt, Southern cops (which is redundant) led to the phrase "Satanic panic." In the trial, prosecutors used the facts that Echolls listened to Metallica, read Stephen King, and knew who Aleister Crowley was as "evidence" to convict him of these heinous crimes.

Since their convictions, tons of evidence has been uncovered by filmmakers, private investigators, authors, and independent researchers which not only clear the unjustly convicted men, but point to an entirely different witness (who was moved to the Millington, TN Naval Base). Yet most of West Memphis' Powers-That-Be were directly involved in the trial; in fact, their collective rise to power was directly due to their collusion and conspiracy to defraud the public in this Clinton-era case.

All prosecutors, police, judges, and others who worked in any official capacity at the time of the West Memphis Threes' arrests should be prosecuted for Conspiracy, withholding of evidence, manufacturing of evidence, perjury, misconduct, discrimination, three counts of murder, child rape, malfeasance, and attempted murder.

Rock-Solid Proof of Bigfoot?

A man in Nashville, TN claims to have found a fossilized footprint in his front yard which may be that of a Bigfoot.

Harold Jackson is an amateur archaeologist who stepped on an unusual rock while searching for arrowheads. When he got it home and cleaned it up, it turned out to be a fossil of an 11"-wide footprint, some 15" long. Jackson noted, if it belonged to a Native American, "then he was a big Indian."

Claiming to be a skeptic, Jackson says he now believes in Bigfoot. Scientists, including Bigfoot experts and researchers, are interested in the find and have been trying to contact Mr. Jackson. Harold Jackson says there is another rock similar to the first one on his property, but he has not had a chance to dig it up and clean it yet.

Decatur County, TN Police Harassment

I know things have been slow lately and that part of it has to do with my trying to get the site back together and published and everything along those lines, but there is another bit that has been keeping me busy in a non-productive way, as well.

As I may have told you here a while back, the Decatur County, TN police have been harassing the living shit out of me for years now. They show up on my door, claiming to have had "disturbance" reports even though nothing is going on and they cannot describe any sort of disturbance; they pull me over for "routine checks" and claim they are pulling everyone over, even though there's no roadblock and no one is else is being stopped; they arrested and falsified documents, perjured themselves on the stand, and "lost" the evidence they manufactured, including my scheduled court appearance; and so forth.

Lately, it has gotten to the point that I can hardly function. It is hard for me to think, much less work. But I have to try because I need the money so I can try and pay off this exorbitant fine I never should have received.

In the meanwhile, you'll notice the quality of the writing has suffered and the amount of time between posts has become longer and longer. Again, I am doing what I can, but you will just have to bear with me while I try my best to cope with all of this. I apologize, but this is not my fault.
