LRAD Silent Weaponry - 2004

LRAD Silent Weaponry -- known by several other names, including "Mouth to Skull," "Voice to Skull," "The Scream," and "Voice of God" -- is used in Federal and government "sanctioned" gangstalking to imitate Paranoid Schizophrenia in Targeted Individuals.

Too many entities have denied this weaponry's existence for decades, as it is in heavy use amongst defense contractors -- specifically those tied to Senators, Congressmen, and Special Interest groups -- across America.  In fact, I have yet to see a legitimate case of Paranoid Schizophrenia that was not, in fact, a victim of LRAD silent weaponry; Paranoid Schizophrenia does not exist.

LRAD operators verbally abuse victims to break down their defenses, then use hypnotism and hot words techniques to manipulate their emotional states in a manner similar to that Facebook used in its heinous "anger experiments."  Victims' bizarre behavior drives away friends and family members, isolating the victim.  Once isolated, the voices escalate their abuse.  Their behavior becomes increasingly irrational and volatile, and many turn to drugs and promiscuity to self-medicate.  This chain of carefully plotted and executed events often leads to homelessness.

In the "Voice of God" scenario, victims are sucked into a bizarre "war" between God and the Devil -- "God" is heard in one ear, "the Devil" in the other; other scenarios convince the listener that they are being observed in some kind of game, or on a TV show.  These scenarios are usually directed at drug-users, presumed lawbreakers, and "People of Faith," and seem to be most prevalent in the Black community.

These LRAD attacks shake the victim's confidence, use gaslighting in addition to verbal torture, and prey upon the victim's identity and sexuality.  Attacks are coordinated with operatives online, on TV, over the phone, and even through the radio in classic "Paranoid Schizophrenia" scenarios.  Friends and family members are often roped-in unwittingly, convinced by doctors or law enforcement to act a certain way or call certain authorities during "episodes."

This is known as "gangstalking," and is used by Streetgangs, US Federal agencies, bounty hunters, defense contractors (such as Raytheon, Black Cube, and TigerSwan, et.al.), and others.  Victims of gangstalking and LRAD silent weaponry Terrorism are known as "Targeted Individuals."

Silent weaponry affects the victims' memories; hypnotize and berate victims into submission to direct and/or control their behavior; and can also be used to imitate physical maladies, such as Parkinson's disease and Epilepsy.  Many affected will twitch, have violent muscle spasms, and talk to themselves.  Victims will not remember events, especially those involving erratic behavior, as they have been brainwashed.

The original "Voice of God" scenario included ball lightning, which would appear and claim to be "Allah" (Arabic for "God").  It was proposed in 1990, and meant to be used solely in the Middle East. Use of this military-grade weaponry is classified "Restricted," but it has been in heavy use on American civilians since the 1970s.

It was used to evince the Pulse nightclub shooting.  It was used in the Parkland shooting.  It was used on Sirhan Sirhan for the RFK assassination.  It has been used numerous times to force drivers to plough into crowds.  Whenever someone complains of "hearing voices," or thinks "someone on the TV/radio is talking" to them, Silent Weaponry is in use.

Every time, all the time -- period.  There is no such thing as Paranoid Schizophrenia.

LRAD silent weaponry is highly illegal (on paper) as it constitutes Torture, and operators can be afforded no protection under US or International Law; International Law does not apply to them, by their own decree.

That's super-weird, yet not a single, Western MSM "news" operation has reported it.  They're too busy building Pretext (and scaffolding) to report actual news.

We are not suggesting that this was staged; we're pretty sure they just shot-up the place to shut up witnesses... although the immediate appeal for "gun control" is obvious, if not an outright insult to our intelligence, and publicly organizing a reunion on social media seems stupid.  But... they are Country music fans (allegedly), so...

Oh, and also college students.

Remember, a "False Flag" operation does not mean a staged event; it means an attack on your own people for the purposes of pinning the blame on an enemy, forwarding a specific agenda, attaining some preset goal, et. al.

You may recall that a bunch of weapons were "stolen" from ISrael a year or so back -- just before the mass shooting in Las Vegas (known as Operation Credible Threat, or OCT Surprise) in which a possible FBI stooge, Stephen Paddock, allegedly opened fire through bulletproof windows, then committed suicide before "authorities" found child porn on a laptop he did not have.  Oh, and too?  All those cameras he allegedly setup throughout the hallways did not work.

Then, a man who lived in a van outside a Kosher deli made fake bombs and sent them to Democrats, including big-time billionaire donors no one but him and political insiders even knew existed.  He worked for a lesbian-owned pizza parlor and ran an all-male escort service, but hated teh gheys, and delivered pies in a van covered with hostile, politically-inspired graffiti.

Because of course he did.

We tracked it all back to ISrael -- North ISrael.  To be very specific.

Then here comes Ahab, talking about bigger fish... but no one's come to talk to us (directly).  And we don't read Chinese.

It's also evidentiary that our blog(s) may be unmeritoriously shutdown just for questioning this byzantine, systemic fraud being perpetrated on the American public.  This is unhealthy, and the media and the political sphere are 100% responsible for all of it.  They are deliberately setting-off a Civil War to keep us preoccupied, and to rob us of our Rights.

And while those Flat-Earth "Preppers" do come across some important information occasionally, this is already a Police State under Martial Law: Unwarranted surveillance, militarized police forces, privately-owned prisons, and outright paid-for politicians is a Police State by any other name. ¹

They're kicking hornets' nests across the East, and alienating all their "Allies" in the West, so they're turning on the very citizenry to which they claim to belong (when it suits their purposes).  To be fair, they have always perpetrated War on "We, The People," but this continued escalation is troubling -- if for no other reason than that it is being so openly, brazenly, practiced.

They are a classifiable Foreign Agency, and that may become very important in the future.

It is only a matter of time before the media conglomerates behind this conspiracy are sued for a multitude of crimes for which they have yet to be charged.  Tortious commentary amounting to Terroristic Threats; Libelous Claims; Defamation of Character...  To say nothing of the police forces, which are so far out of bounds, they've started a major War.

But that's what they do -- and that's all they do: Start Wars.  They can't finish them, and they've never won -- in all of history.  It's only a matter of Pretext for instituting, and justifying, Occupation.  They can't even handle a group of unarmed and impoverished migrants who might "open fire" with rocks, ffs.

The "private [Military] companies" that Occupy Afghanistan and similar Middle Eastern areas have perfected their craft in secrecy, thanks to the Media's complicity (amounting to Conspiracy), and are now turning America into ISrael -- replete with barrier walls to keep out the brown people, illegal detention centers, extraordinary rendition for "whistleblowers," et. al.

If we're still around, we have a lot to say... but no one with the power to actually change the things that matter seems to be listening.  Speaking of which, why is Hollywood constantly asking us for money? Why are they constantly demanding things from us which only people in their position have the affluence to affect?

And why do they openly consort with known War Criminals?

Fake News: Operation: Black & Blue - The #BLM Bundy Conspiracy

The Bundy Conspiracy features so many players, they wouldn't fit in the title -- or even this post!  The #BLM Conspiracy is a wide-ranging, ongoing Human Terrain operation meant to secure largely suburban areas in order to seize land and holdings, as well as identify and neutralize counterinsurgents.

Please forgive the rambling, as this is a sprawling conspiracy requiring a lot of back-and-forth between threads.  The #BLM Conspiracy actually comprises several conspiracies that lead to it, and developed from it.  Plus, the cover stories keep changing, and it's hard to cover them all in their entirety while maintaining the story at the core of the conspiracy.  Remember that rabbits live in burrows, not mere holes.

In 2014, the US Federal government conspired to seize land in Nevada rightfully settled by the Bundy family for use in Black Ops involving space-capable, nuclear-powered craft, as well as the mining of precious metals such as Uranium.  The US Federal government claims to own the mineral rights to all land in the nation, and can use Eminent Domain to seize any and all lands it determines worthwhile to its continued insurgency.  

Bear in mind that the District of Columbia is an autonomous entity not directly in the United States, and not directly affiliated with America (excepting Texas) -- technically distinguishing it as a foreign entity (FARA).  At the time of this writing, DC has continually refused to register as a foreign entity, choosing instead to shutdown and restructure several times over.

I guess they're hoping we forget it and move on?

FOX News, run by the Mafia-connected Murdoch family of Australia, colluded to discredit the elder Cliven Bundy in the original dust-up, by luring him into taboo (in America) discussions on race -- specifically, black Americans -- after armed militias showed up to lend their support and were terrorized by armed government agents in those black helicopters tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists talk about.  But the ragtag militia refused to leave.

In 2016, some of Bundy's supporters stormed the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon.  Federal agents opened fire on the dissenters, murdering one in cold blood.  Four separate trials found all participants Innocent and charges against them were dismissed in 2017.  The Federal agent was never charged for murder, but the DOJ allegedly opened an investigation into Federal prosecutors for withholding evidence and other questionable practices.

In response, the Bureau of Land Management organized "competing" cultural elements known collectively as #BLM (an acronym for the Federally-backed syndicate so they can later claim to have legally "disclosed" their identity) to create an Hegelian Dialectic along racial lines:

On one side was the Black Lives Matter "movement," run by the Black Mafia Family (or BMF, for short) under the auspices of the lighter-than-light-skinneded Shaun King; on the other was the Blue Lives Matter "movement," run by the whiter-than-white Richard Spencer, a high-powered lobbyist for the Washington State Police.

Again, both of these "competing" terrorist organizations were founded, organized, funded, and run by the Bureau of Land Management -- or #BLM -- and both collected sensitive, personal information and donations from civilians and citizens under false pretenses.  They also received huge donations from the Anti-Defamation League (JDL), AIPAC/OPEC, and innumerable NGOs and Super-PACs associated with the same.  Those terrorist organizations received the majority of their funding for Operation: Black and Blue from major tech companies claiming to fight racism while simultaneously silencing (American, Canadian, and now Venezuelan) "Left"-leaning news outlets, and accounts run by those opposing war and violence.

The rest of the money that should have been legally declared was laundered through megachurches in Texas, primarily in the Houston and Austin areas, as well as universities in Texas (Austin) and California (Berkley) -- as most of the Human Terrain were recruited from college campuses.  The mob elements are recruited from gangs, and informants with pending "deals."

Like ISIS before them, these military operatives' terrorist activity also extended to social media, where they began a heated and violent campaign against all-comers under the flag, #BLM.  They established "troll farms" with the help of the US military -- specifically, the Air Force (USAF) out of Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina [District 7] -- and terrorized, intimidated, harassed, and silenced everyone who dared dissent.  They also infiltrated oppositional forums, websites, and organizations -- usually by Felonious Access and Identity Theft (hacking accounts and posing as someone these organizations trusted).

Both syndicates terrorized the nation with pre-planned riots that fell squarely on the historical dates of actual protests by actual African-Americans.  Black gangbangers, mostly associated with the Latin Kings, and South Carolina military operatives -- mostly recruiters -- under the auspices of Senator Lindsay Graham and others, burned historic black churches and "tagged" historical monuments with racist graffiti in false flag attacks meant to inflame and incite.

And incite it did:

Richard Spencer's "Blue Lives Matter" movement, working in tandem with the US media conglomerate, used prisoners on release programs -- as well as embedded agents from the DHS, FBI, and DoD -- to throw a White Supremacy Party (or some such nonsense) in Charlottesville, VA, just a few miles from the Commonwealth Barracks if... if you can believe that.

Their online antics had stirred-up a frenzy on both sides, so they expected a decent turn-out.  The actual purposes of this Jerry Springer Show Gone Wild display were to

1) Attract and arrest suspected gangmembers and criminals with outstanding warrants,

2) ID members of the counterinsurgency movements on both sides of the political aisle, and
3) Press the best and the brightest (well, strongest and meanest) into military service as an option to serving time.

While there, a woman who had once been arrested, Heather Heyer, was allegedly killed.  Interestingly, she is the spitting image of alleged NSA "informant," "Reality Winner," from Shaun King's The Intercept "news" site -- a CoIntelPro operation openly engaged in Sedition.  The Intercept is better known for its "counterinsurgency" efforts in locating "whistleblowers" -- such as Heather Heyer "Reality Winner."

"Reality Winner," of course, never existed... or "Heather Heyer" never died.  We're not sure which, as there is also a strong possibility that the two are twins.  The theory is that Heyer was arrested as an activist (or any other reason), then given the option of jail time or working for the Feds, and chose the latter.  She may also have been sent to psych in lieu of jail.  This is only a theory, but those pictures side-by-side are damn convincing.

It was later proven that those who organized the rally were, in fact, military recruiters, and one Jason Kessler who had something to do with Occupy Wall Street (under Barack Obama) a mere two years earlier.  Also, Richard Spencer was selling weapons to the black Streetgangs involved in the myriad protests and "counter-protests" around the nation.  The Big Six media failed to mention that the counter-protestors brought projectiles that included human waste, and began attacking the allegedly White Nationalist... pride fest?  Something about a statue, I don't know -- their story kept changing.  Somewhere along the way, #CutTheCheck started trending on Black Twitter, and Shaun King lost his shit.

Again, it's an awful lot of activity from the same people leading-up to the event, then they all more or less disappeared from the spotlight.  But, on with the conspiracies (there are, as mentioned above, a lot of them here -- Inciting this theater of hate was a big set-piece in their "Every White Person is a Racist Sexist Homophobe Who Works for Russia" narrative, then they all wanted to distance themselves from all the Murders):

One of the #BLM leaders was murdered while riding on a bike in New Orleans; another committed suicide on the courthouse steps; and still another's corpse was found in a burned-out car.  Officials in Louisiana, long a hotbed of corruption, immediately responded by declaring policemen a separate race, protected under new ordinances that are redundant and un-Constitutional.  In so doing, New Orleans officials and police officers -- many of whom are directly connected to streetgangs, themselves -- tacitly admitted their collusion... and made themselves Persons of Interest in all those pesky Murders.

As an aside, let me just note:  Which is easier to believe here?  That all of this is "tinfoil hat black helicopter conspiracy theorist" nonsense, or that policemen are a separate race?  Because they are criminalizing "conspiracy theories," and legally designating policemen a race separate from human.  ANYwho...

On December 20^th, 2017, a judge ruled that the Federal government had withheld evidence in the third Bundy case, and declared a mistrial.  

In retaliation, the next day, the BLM illegally removed Confederate statues from the Black Mafia-controlled Memphis, TN (where I'm from, originally), and had them destroyed.  Others were removed from display around the city, but allegedly placed somewhere safe.  The same has been done around the country in order to save the war memorials from vandals working for, or with, the US Federal government and its military under direction of the Bureau of Land Management -- most notably at the University of Texas Austin.

In fact, at the time of this editing ¹, Kessler and sundry Fake Right/ANTIFA terrorist military operatives "activists" are planning to recreate their carnage in a commemorative mockery on August 12^th, 2018.  Several Conservative organizations and outlets have distanced themselves from the planned event, only to find themselves silenced by Twitter.  Welcome to the club!

It appears a False Flag event is in-play.

If anyone shows up, they will mostly be out-of-towners -- way out of town, as evidenced by their European accents -- arriving in "party" bang tour buses that ship these crisis actors and professional mercenaries around the country.  Some literally bear the name "Storm" on the side.  They are protected by the Mafia (FBI/DHS and also the Police Union -- specifically the aforementioned, Florida, Las Vegas/Carson City, and LAPD) to which they are subservient, and will remain so until "murdered" and whisked-off into the Federal Witness Protection Program... never to be seen again (except on CNN and in the Philippines).

The same disparate players -- I'll mention Lindsey Graham again -- then murdered some 55 people in Las Vegas (Operation: Credible Threat) on OCT 1, 2017.  And several more eyewitnesses to the event later.  We have already covered O.C.T., but we're still investigating for later reports.

(Should Jack Dorsey or Mark Zuckerberg be concerned?  Eric Schmidt isn't.)

Crisis Intervention, Inc.: The UMBRELLA Conspiracy (DHS/CPS)

The DHS is best known as the acronym for the terrorist military giant, the Department of Homeland Security. However, the intentionally impoverished know it better as the Department of Human Services.  One of its branches is the CPS, or Child Protection Services -- a front for pedophiles and human traffickers protected by powerful entities in all sectors, specifically business, government, and media.  In Tennessee, one of the first states to adopt a statewide system of socialized healthcare, CPS is also a drug-testing company which runs the majority of pain management clinics throughout the surrounding area.

THE WHISPER CURE

Originally installed to detect Soviet atomic tests, America is covered by omnidirectional microphones reflected off "weather" balloons, satellites, and large, airborne vehicles that pick-up even the slightest breath and broadcast on a wide spectrum of frequencies.  This forms an UMBRELLA of surveillance beneath which not even angels can fart unheard.  In fact, these parabolic arrays are often used by Law Enforcement to pinpoint gunshots, especially in larger cities.

Operatives can arrive on-scene in moments to escalate very minor situations -- forcing murders, illegal kidnappings (private prison industry), and medical institutionalization.  This is known as gangstalking targeted individuals.  While rinky-dink operations usually resort to bolder methodologies, the most sophisticated use whispering voices only targeted individuals can hear... and accomplices and co-conspirators readily ignore.

These "voices" are also broadcast on TV and radio by agents and operatives working in the US Coalition media syndicate (Press Corps), as well as over computers and Internet-connected devices.  This form of gangstalking is meant to silence, intimidate, and escalate situations -- preying upon the Targeted Individual by exploiting feelings of shame, fear, unworthiness, and general despair.  In this scenario, the Targeted Individual is either driven to suicide, crime, drug addiction, or an institution.  In the latter scenario, the Targeted Individual is maliciously dosed with psychotropic medications developed by the Nazi CIA in the 1940s for use in "enhanced interrogation."

This is colloquially referred to as "Paranoid Schizophrenia" by the criminal underworld: An UMBRELLA term for the murderous SIGINT Operation, formerly known as Project: CHATTER (AnnA).

Infrasound is used to induce paranoia and fear, but also such medical maladies as Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, and similar (often paralytic) medical issues.  Paralyzed "units" -- cruelly referred to as "potatoes" -- are abused, but kept alive to collect their benefits.  They are used for sadistic, "experimental," medical testing, and can sometimes be seen in hardcore, pornographic, sadomasochistic films featuring military units.  Some of these are filmed in Flagstaff, AZ -- near the La Huacha Army Base -- others in Nevada, Texas, and overseas (mainly in the UK), but all are financed by the US Pentagon.

These "potatoes" are considered War Trophies.

CRISIS INTERVENTION, INC.

Filth, known as daesh in some countries and languages, include "defense contractors" fronting as medical organizations and religious institutions.  Many of these NGOs receive donations illegally that are re-routed into political elections as "Dark Money," as well as far Blacker Operations.  Some, such as the Church of Scientology, offer rehabilitation and community outreach programs to those in need (Narconon), only to lure them into highly dangerous cults that have tendrils running deep into all areas of Human Life, worldwide (and beyond) -- including the Legal, political, and corporate (all Commercial) sectors, as well as military Black Ops.  Some of these programs are referred to as "Crisis Acts."  Like the Children of God, the Church of Scientology also employs sex and sexuality, or "the honeypot," as a means of recruitment.

Similar organizations, such as extremist Christian-based NGOs, proffer similar programs using similar methodologies (all of these operations are the same, and run by the same conspirators) -- such as "Pray the Gay Away" concentration camps.  Streetgangs run work camps called group homes, while large medical corporations operate retirement centers and in-home hospice care through smaller front companies.  All of these are designed to enlist the victims in unnecessary insurance programs and rob them of their benefits -- especially their Disability and Social Security Insurance (SSI).  Forced prostitution is the name of the Game; G.O.D. suffers not a fool, or so the saying goes.

The NSA, NSC, and similar surveillance programs are rife with members of these, and many other, "religious" paramilitary organizations -- including Streetgangs, the members of which are known colloquially as "gangbangers."  But the deadliest are the corporations, most of which are non-taxable NGO that are media (crisis actors) and medical -based.  The Nazi DOJ (owners of theweirding.com, transferred from China -- unaffiliated with our little dog and pony show here) runs the private prison industry throughout America, and creates havoc in communities such as Charleston in order to make arrests that either fill prisons or the military's ranks.

Surveillance methods (FISA) also "allow" these evil, paramilitary organizations to illegally capture compromising images, film, and recordings of innocent civilians that are then used to extort, discredit, and defame those "They" determine to be unworthy of G.O.D.'s love.  "They" decide who deserves to be imprisoned, who deserves to be rehabilitated, and who deserves to be murdered.

High rates of Recidivism are ensured by releasing the worst offenders first.  Thus, society remains terrorized by these career criminals and their Law Enforcement conspirators, making it easier to drum-up support for harsher sentencing laws, more prisons, more police, and higher budgets to cover the ever-rising costs.

This scheme is known as "The Perfect Circle."

WHITE GENOCIDE

In retaliation for unemployed white males who refuse to take what they erroneously consider "welfare" (Social Security is paid into, which is why the NAZI government steals it back -- or "repatriates" it), countless unemployed white males have been silently murdered in what the media syndicate (Press Corps) continually misrepresents as an "opioid epidemic."  In reality, several of these deaths were not related to opioids at all; many were related to benzos, others to street drugs (mostly heroin and amphetamines), and most remain unsolved (stuck).

The "opioid crisis" is related to a long-standing demand for opioids by the MIC and professional sports clubs, which consume massive amounts both medically and recreationally.  This is why "we" Americans fight unwinnable wars (Occupation) in Afghanistan -- one of the few places on earth amenable to poppy cultivation.

Much of this necessary (to some people) medication is shipped to Baltimore (2018) for street usage, but a lot of it is used by professional and college-level athletic clubs.  The US military and medical sector stockpiles the rest.  Don't forget that chronic pain sufferers fought for decades to have this medication made available in the first place!  Many suffered indescribably, and died unnecessarily in abject pain, before this happened.

Many of these chronic pain and anxiety patients can be compromised simply by withholding their medication, or forcing them to take unnecessary medications in order to receive the medications they need.  This writer has personally experienced the latter, as Nurse Practitioners decided I needed experimental medications -- and refused me the doctor-prescribed meds they were supposed to dispense -- unless I agreed to take the former in conjunction.  Their excuse was that they did not "feel comfortable" dispensing the medication as prescribed.

The combination lead to easily foreseen contraindications that forced me into the Emergency Room, leading me to believe this second-guessing was intentional.  And Malicious.

POISON POND

In many institutional facilities, urine samples are collected from clean patients and prisoners, then substituted for those of dopefiends' -- primarily professional athletes, but also military personnel, favored prisoners, Law Enforcement agents, and others.

These clean samples are known in the criminal underworld as "water."

CPS routinely compromises drug abusers and legitimate, controlled medication patients alike by threatening the removal of their children.  In most cases, these victims agree to participate in "ongoing investigations" concocted by "Law Enforcement" agencies working in tandem with welfare agencies and streetgangs -- this is specific to the FBI (this is the FBI's modus operandi).  No progress is ever made in these alleged investigations.  They simply drag on and on for years, then it is decades later before heavily redacted confessions are released by these same agencies in an attempt to allay public concern.

Defense and Security personnel continue to fail as "lone" wolves (that's the plural) "fly under their radar," and crime escalates, allowing the former the opportunity to cry for more defense spending and greater funding... despite the fact that, were they competent in the first place, it follows that terrorist organizations, drug use, and crime would be on the decline.

Defense contractors (Special Security Office) use single sign-on (SSO) services to access databases of records compiled by the SSO (Social Security Office) to target individuals.  Gangstalking techniques railroad these otherwise innocuous people into compromising situations that allow these criminal elements to assume control of Benefits payments (SSI, Disability checks), or otherwise force the beneficiaries into situations in which they never would have been involved.

The FBI and State Police are two of the worst offenders in regards to this particular conspiracy, but they are far from alone.

The UMBRELLA Conspiracy

The DHS -- an acronym for both the Department of Human Services (Welfare) and the Department of Homeland Security (Defense) -- uses the pain management company, CPS, as a front for the forced trafficking and prostitution of children, the Disabled, and the unemployed.  CPS is also the acronym of Child Protection Services, which falls under the auspices of the DHS (the Department of Homeland Security/Human Services).  That these acronyms are synonymous is no coincidence; this allows the criminals to claim they legally "disclosed" their identity (they absolutely did not; this is known as Fraud -- it would be Identity Theft, were they individuals, but that's... another Conspiracy post [same conspiracy, too!]).  This leads to what is known as "manufactured consent."

And no one cares -- because this is largely run by the Black Mafia Family (BMF), FBI, and similarly-aligned organizations, and primarily preys upon impoverished Southerners and disenfranchised minorities in urban areas.

That is the DHS/CPS (Clarksville, TN) UMBRELLA Conspiracy, comprising the alleged "Opioid Epidemic," the all-too real "Panda Express" (Pizzagate), and far worse.  It really is all related, far from theoretical, and all leads back to the same Federal Department:

US6011991 - Gangstalking Technology and The I/O Process (Naturalization)

The I/O Naturalization Process

US Patent #6011991 is a form of electronic "telepathy" using computers, satellites, and monitors.  Radio waves, infrared, and other forms of telecommunications technology can be broadcast directly into the receivers' brains using this (and suppressed) form(s) of technology.  While this is largely used by the US Military Industrial Complex and government, it is available to anyone with the money to afford it (such as corporations), means to develop it independently, or with connections to installations such as the Pentagon (DoD/CIA/Google under ALPHABET, Inc.).

Hearing voices is frightening -- especially when combined with force compression tech, gravitational wave tech, knowing that electronic home devices are spying on you, and worse -- and is usually enough to send one spiraling into a manufactured nightmare, and right into wherever They want you (prison, mental institution, military, et.al.).  The criminal underworld defines this as "Paranoia Schizophrenia," a non-existent and untreatable "disease" compounded by the prescription of psychotropic medications developed by the CIA in the 1940s and '50s (under MK-ULTRA) to accelerate these brainwashing techniques (Naturalization).

This is known as "The Process."

The ON/OFF technique is a particularly oft-employed hypnotic technique once thought (by this writer) to be exclusive to pornographers.  Pornographers use the ON/OFF technique to acclimate "young" (new to the business, not necessarily age-wise) marks to performing sex acts in front of a camera and crowd.  The "performer" is continually told that the camera is ON or OFF until s/he learns to ignore it, and the environment, and merely "enjoy The Process."  This breaks down their natural inclination to embarrassment, guilt, or shame, making them more willing to perform ever more daring acts.

This is classified as a Naturalization technique -- naturalizing the behavior of, or making the behavior seem natural to, the subject.  This is particular, but not exclusive, to I/O psychology -- or Industrial and Organizational Psychology -- a military specialty.  Interestingly, I/O in computer terms is Input/Output -- which is also slang for sex (particularly in the dystopian Cyberpunk genre -- "The Old In and Out").  In less clinical terms, it is known to pimps as "turning out a trick."

Both Christian extremist sects (basically, all X-ian church groups and schools) and Scientologists use the Naturalization Process -- as do pimps -- to exact a "flattening" of emotions and emotional responses, thus steeling their subjects against their targets' verbal response.  Lawyers and Law Enforcement personnel use it to train witnesses for testimony, and the military uses it as early as Basic Training.  Naturalization is a basic precept of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In effect, The Process creates sociopathic personalities, which can also result in further psychiatric damage; the Naturalization Process is sometimes called "brainwashing."  In fact, there is literally a cult known as The Process Church whose members were known as the Processians, which we will discuss in an upcoming post (they're an early offshoot of Scientology).

Yet most of it works this way: Just as OSS, or Office of Strategic Services = SSO, or Special Security Office -- a division of COMINT, an UMBRELLA term.  Which, interestingly enough, also stands for both Social Security Office and Single Sign-On.  That last link is for a Single Sign-On service used by Law Enforcement in Arkansas -- the original home of the Clinton Network (NOTE: That link is being tracked; open with caution) -- which secured its Overlord status through the theft of a criminal database known as INSLAW in the late 1980s.  Parrable.com is another single-sign-on service used by Law Enforcement and paramilitary organizations working for, or under, the DHS, DoD, and/or other Federal government programs.

These anagrams, palindromes, acronyms, and easy-enough-to-overlook cryptographs are considered legal "disclosure" -- despite the fact that they are anything but, particularly to civilians and citizens who have no idea about interoffice abbreviations used in "classified" communications.  Take, for another example, the Clinton Global Initiative: An acronym for CGI -- the very epitome of "Fake News."

Similar methods are employed to "radicalize" individuals, particularly online.  By infiltrating users' social networks, and posing as friends and contacts, aggressive gangstalking escalates into open mockery, humiliation, and terrorism.  The victim gradually (or immediately) desires revenge, and the target of their revenge is either someone the gangstalkers want out of the way, or is quickly changed through a rotating pattern, signal delays or relays, and general confusion.  This "two birds with one stone" approach is favored by US police across America.

Notifications, an invention seized upon by fast-moving social media, accelerates this process by acting as poppers.  Technology developed by the CIA in the 1940s and 1950s -- especially by such luminaries as Pluharich and Lab Nine -- that include devices covered by Patent US6011991, 6506148-B2, US4877027, and others, are used to gangstalk targeted individuals and force them into destitution, prostitution, criminal activity, or otherwise compromise their health, safety, and livelihood so as to fully compromise and discredit them.

This overall Operation comprises such early programs as CHATTER and COMINT -- part of the UMBRELLA Project: ECHELON (SIGINT) used by the NAZI military forces and installations, governments, corporations, and religious and "psychiatric" institutions.  Or, basically, everyone with a desire to impress and enforce strict behavioral codes on Programmable Life Forms (PLF).

Machine code and the management, or Overlording, of peoples rely on the same I/O -- or Input/Output -- Process in order to achieve results.  This Naturalization Process, a fundament of Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology, is colloquially known as Brainwashing.

I found this piece of CoIntelPro by a willing and useful idiot whose rap sheet is filled with lunatic, hardcore, "left-wing" conspiracy theories (such as that New York City is about to be swallowed by the ocean).  Despite a wealth of insults and deplorable search term phrases keyed to play in an echo chamber, his ardent anti-chemtrail "reporting" somehow missed 50 USC §1520a... and every other fact.

Between name-calling and fact-shaming, he begrudgingly admits that weather modification is real. But he assures anyone reading that -- should it ever be used -- it will only be for ethical reasons, like blocking sunlight (not blocking satellites, or communications, or transmissions, or spreading disease) because... "Climate Change."

Weather modification, such as cloud-seeding, has been in active use since at least the 1930s.  You can purchase live medical samples from The Rockefeller Foundation, or just join the military to get them (and everything else) free.

"Poppers" - Silent Weaponry

Poppers are silent weaponry which broadcast frequency transmissions that affect a Targeted Individual's emotional state by altering his brain waves.  "Poppers" is also the name given broadcasting agents who use clicking noises, bangs, whispers, and "raps" to hypnotize targeted individuals into becoming "Manchurian Candidates."  This is affected through the use of Classical Conditioning.

This silent weaponry is in heavy use throughout the United States, Iraq, and other places in the world.  It does not appear to be exclusive to US military or its contractors.

This technology may have been used by operatives in Florida to induce the Pulse Nightclub Massacre. Medical response was gauged in this "active shooter scenario."  The shooter was a former defense contractor who may have been murdered out of fears that he would divulge secrets of the terror trade, including the identity of his former colleagues.  This was an extension of the long-running Project: Orion nuclear program.

Families of three survivors sued social media giants for their participation in ISIS propaganda. ISIS, or Integrated Systems Improvement Services, is a publicly traded terrorist cell now operating under the name SIS, or Security Intelligence Services.  It prides itself as providing "unarmed" security (Silent Weaponry).

The venerable Fortean Times ran an extensive article detailing sound used in silent weaponry in 2002 (FT 153), focusing on infrasound and ultrasound.  It notes that the schematics for handheld sonic devices were available then.

Voice-to-Skull Technology (Gangstalking)

Voice to Skull (V2K), or Mouth-to-Skull, technology is a form of electronic telepathy used on Targeted Individuals in the United States and elsewhere.  "Poppers" -- AI and personnel employed to gangstalk Targeted Individuals -- use hot words and Classical Conditioning to hypnotize victims, who are then fraudulently diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic (usually).  Often, the goal is to create a "Manchurian Candidate" assassin, or provoke self-harm in the victim, but it is also used to 'discredit them in public' (paraphrased from declassified CIA documents).  This gangstalking communications technique is rampant throughout the US -- employed by street gangs, media organizations, paramilitary organizations under contract to the DOD, military, law enforcement at state and local levels, as well as government agencies both foreign and domestic.

The DOD is a vicious terrorist organization openly involved in the widespread use of silent weaponry against  American civilians in violation of every Law imaginable.  By contracting out to agents and agencies such as ISIS (now SIS) the DOD has terrorized the world for decades under various names, most notably the FBI and CIA.  Contracting out to terrorist organizations allows the US government to engage in "plausible deniability," thereby avoiding lawsuits relating to non-lethal torture.  In fact, targets are sometimes referred to as "Programmable Lifeforms" or PLF (not to be confused with the Palestinian Liberation Front)-- also a legal abbreviation for "plaintiff."

Innumerable US Senators, Congressmen, and politicians own stock in defense contracting companies that use voice-to-skull technology and other forms of silent weaponry on US citizens.  They also own stock in pharmaceutical companies that provide unnecessary psychotropic medication to targeted individuals, with malice aforethought.  Psychotropic medication was developed for interrogation use on American civilians and military personnel by the CIA's Project: Chatter (1947-present), and makes targeted individuals more susceptible to suggestion -- particularly the mouth-to-skull gangstalking technique, which employs Classical Conditioning and hypnotic "hot words" as triggers.  These sorts of "enhanced interrogation techniques" are viewed as torture outside the US.

Project: Deep Sleep - An Overview

Project: Deep Sleep

Operation: Deep Sleep is a massive, and nefarious, military deployment of silent weaponry being used on American civilians, as well as others around the world. Much of it appears to be related to the use of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency waves), EMF (Electromagnetic Fields and/or Electromotive Force - to be investigated), manipulation of the media, gangstalking, and the use of hypnosis. This program may be the source of The Hum.

Numerous political figures and "targeted individuals" have recently experienced "sudden dizziness," even while lying down, including Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. Deep Sleep technology has been used en masse to induce dizziness, nausea, and fear.

Targeted individuals often hear voices, believe people on TV or the radio are speaking directly to them, and experience induced psychotic breaks (or episodes). They are usually unnecessarily heavily medicated to avoid "Manchurian Candidate" events.

The author of this post does not suffer from suicidal thoughts, nor do I have any medical conditions or habits that would result in sudden death.

Mass surveillance operations such as Echelon and SIGINT collect data on individuals which is used to facilitate Operation: Deep Sleep.
