The Deep State Murdered MLK, Jr.

On December 8, 1999, a Memphis, TN jury took 30 minutes to return a Guilty verdict regarding the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.  Not only did the four week trial prove that the US government assassinated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on April 4, 1968, it proved that James Earl Ray was not the shooter.

While full transcripts of this under-reported civil case are available online, the FBI, local police, CIA, and general US military -- aka, "The Deep State" -- were all found to have had a hand in the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. in Memphis, TN.  James Earl Ray, on the other hand, was all but posthumously acquitted by the findings (he conveniently died in prison the year before).

Yet, to this day, mainstream propaganda outlets claim Ray, an escaped convict from Missouri, was a lone wolf with ties to White Supremacists who flew under the radar.

Seriously.

Less well-noted is the fact that he visited Los Angeles months before he was routed to Memphis.  While in L.A., James Earl Ray saw a $20 hypnotist named Reverend Xavier Von Koss... once.  He was also seeing a clinical psychologist named Dr. Mark Freeman, who also specialized in Hypnotism.  Actually, Ray (then using the name, Eric Galt) saw a slew of psychiatrists and hypnotists from the Los Angeles area in the months prior to Dr. King's assassination.

Again: Three months to the day before Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot, the alleged lone wolf shooter, James Earl Ray (as Eric Galt), was briefly under the care of a hypnotist in Los Angeles, CA, named Rev. X, and was reportedly involved with the Church of Scientology.

(Deniers from The Church of Scientology dispute this, of course.)

This is typical of of cases involving the CIA and "Manchurian Candidates:" The "unofficial" report is muddied with allegations of sexual deviance, involvement in counter-culture organizations, Anti-American movements, cults and the Occult, and so forth.  These allegations are used to discredit the lone wolf actor, and the trail of breadcrumbs is meant to confound investigators.

This is the CIA's Modus Operandi: Baffle them with Bullshit.

It should be noted that the bullet recovered from the scene of the crime did not match the gun Ray provided following his arrest in London, and the FBI had directly attempted to blackmail King into committing suicide!  But this was all covered-up by Prosecutors who persuaded Ray to plead Guilty so he could avoid a jury trial which carried the possibility of the Death Penalty.  Ray quickly recanted, however.

In all, the 1999 trial provided a wealth of evidence that conclusively proves the US government assassinated Martin Luther King, Jr., and exonerates James Earl Ray, yet no Criminal proceedings have taken place in the 20 years since the trial was held.

Fifty-one years after Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, his surviving relatives, along with the surviving relatives of both President John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy -- both of whom were also assassinated by US government agencies known colloquially as "The Deep State" -- called for new probes into the deaths of MLK, JFK, and RFK.

MOAR Mind Control - Turkey, 2006-2007

Psycho-Electro Weapon Effects

The OddBlog has published a number of articles regarding silent weaponry mind control in the US -- and will continue to do so (pending our toe-tag status) -- but this one is from the BBC regarding mind control weaponry that was likely used to commit four murders in Turkey between 2006 and 2007.

According to some Turkish officials, the suicides of four Turkish defense contracting engineers over the span of 14 months were instigated by mind control weaponry.  The claims may sound laughable on the surface, but they didn't to the squinty-eyed nerds over to England's Inspection Board of the Prime Ministry, which launched an independent investigation into the claims in 2013.

All four engineers worked for Aselsan, one of Turkey's leading military defense firms, on sensitive "friend-or-foe" recognition systems for Turkish warplanes.  Nearly a year later, the Department of Defense (DoD) declassified information on some of its telepathic mind control weaponry as part of some kind of undisclosed settlement.

The US military, including all Federal agencies and funded operatives, freely use such technology on its own citizenry with impunity.  The US military and Federal Officers (Washington, DC) are classified as foreign agencies -- and an Imminent, Hostile, and Immediate Threat (IT) to the American civilian (non-NGO, non- private sector "defense") population -- as the CIA is legally prohibited from working on US soil (that's what Extraordinary Rendition is used for), and everything they, and all other US agencies, are directly involved in currently is prosecutable as High Treason.

This is the extension of an operational military coup which began in earnest in the late 1980s with the Iran-Contra Deal, and the theft of a criminal database software known as INSLAW.  Some 40+ military personnel were strangled to death to secure this coup, which eventually lead to the invasion of Iraq.  This also entails the OK City Bombing (Operation: All Clear), 9/11 (Operation: Able Danger, Operation: Two Towers), and more.

That it is now in the hands of alleged "enemy combatants" cannot be proven, but would only be testament to either their further Treason, or abject incompetence.  That it is in the hands of streetgangs and corporate interests is, again, more proof of the same.

All UK and US/ISraeli personnel should be considered armed, dangerous, and highly volatile.  Those left alive should be imprisoned, and disallowed military legal defense... unless the entirety of the US military wishes to be held liable for Insurgency.  I am to understand that they do not.

US6011991 - Gangstalking Technology and The I/O Process (Naturalization)

The I/O Naturalization Process

US Patent #6011991 is a form of electronic "telepathy" using computers, satellites, and monitors.  Radio waves, infrared, and other forms of telecommunications technology can be broadcast directly into the receivers' brains using this (and suppressed) form(s) of technology.  While this is largely used by the US Military Industrial Complex and government, it is available to anyone with the money to afford it (such as corporations), means to develop it independently, or with connections to installations such as the Pentagon (DoD/CIA/Google under ALPHABET, Inc.).

Hearing voices is frightening -- especially when combined with force compression tech, gravitational wave tech, knowing that electronic home devices are spying on you, and worse -- and is usually enough to send one spiraling into a manufactured nightmare, and right into wherever They want you (prison, mental institution, military, et.al.).  The criminal underworld defines this as "Paranoia Schizophrenia," a non-existent and untreatable "disease" compounded by the prescription of psychotropic medications developed by the CIA in the 1940s and '50s (under MK-ULTRA) to accelerate these brainwashing techniques (Naturalization).

This is known as "The Process."

The ON/OFF technique is a particularly oft-employed hypnotic technique once thought (by this writer) to be exclusive to pornographers.  Pornographers use the ON/OFF technique to acclimate "young" (new to the business, not necessarily age-wise) marks to performing sex acts in front of a camera and crowd.  The "performer" is continually told that the camera is ON or OFF until s/he learns to ignore it, and the environment, and merely "enjoy The Process."  This breaks down their natural inclination to embarrassment, guilt, or shame, making them more willing to perform ever more daring acts.

This is classified as a Naturalization technique -- naturalizing the behavior of, or making the behavior seem natural to, the subject.  This is particular, but not exclusive, to I/O psychology -- or Industrial and Organizational Psychology -- a military specialty.  Interestingly, I/O in computer terms is Input/Output -- which is also slang for sex (particularly in the dystopian Cyberpunk genre -- "The Old In and Out").  In less clinical terms, it is known to pimps as "turning out a trick."

Both Christian extremist sects (basically, all X-ian church groups and schools) and Scientologists use the Naturalization Process -- as do pimps -- to exact a "flattening" of emotions and emotional responses, thus steeling their subjects against their targets' verbal response.  Lawyers and Law Enforcement personnel use it to train witnesses for testimony, and the military uses it as early as Basic Training.  Naturalization is a basic precept of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In effect, The Process creates sociopathic personalities, which can also result in further psychiatric damage; the Naturalization Process is sometimes called "brainwashing."  In fact, there is literally a cult known as The Process Church whose members were known as the Processians, which we will discuss in an upcoming post (they're an early offshoot of Scientology).

Crazy shit, right?

Yet most of it works this way: Just as OSS, or Office of Strategic Services = SSO, or Special Security Office -- a division of COMINT, an UMBRELLA term.  Which, interestingly enough, also stands for both Social Security Office and Single Sign-On.  That last link is for a Single Sign-On service used by Law Enforcement in Arkansas -- the original home of the Clinton Network (NOTE: That link is being tracked; open with caution) -- which secured its Overlord status through the theft of a criminal database known as INSLAW in the late 1980s.  Parrable.com is another single-sign-on service used by Law Enforcement and paramilitary organizations working for, or under, the DHS, DoD, and/or other Federal government programs.

These anagrams, palindromes, acronyms, and easy-enough-to-overlook cryptographs are considered legal "disclosure" -- despite the fact that they are anything but, particularly to civilians and citizens who have no idea about interoffice abbreviations used in "classified" communications.  Take, for another example, the Clinton Global Initiative: An acronym for CGI -- the very epitome of "Fake News."

Similar methods are employed to "radicalize" individuals, particularly online.  By infiltrating users' social networks, and posing as friends and contacts, aggressive gangstalking escalates into open mockery, humiliation, and terrorism.  The victim gradually (or immediately) desires revenge, and the target of their revenge is either someone the gangstalkers want out of the way, or is quickly changed through a rotating pattern, signal delays or relays, and general confusion.  This "two birds with one stone" approach is favored by US police across America.

Notifications, an invention seized upon by fast-moving social media, accelerates this process by acting as poppers.  Technology developed by the CIA in the 1940s and 1950s -- especially by such luminaries as Pluharich and Lab Nine -- that include devices covered by Patent US6011991, 6506148-B2, US4877027, and others, are used to gangstalk targeted individuals and force them into destitution, prostitution, criminal activity, or otherwise compromise their health, safety, and livelihood so as to fully compromise and discredit them.

This overall Operation comprises such early programs as CHATTER and COMINT -- part of the UMBRELLA Project: ECHELON (SIGINT) used by the NAZI military forces and installations, governments, corporations, and religious and "psychiatric" institutions.  Or, basically, everyone with a desire to impress and enforce strict behavioral codes on Programmable Life Forms (PLF).

Machine code and the management, or Overlording, of peoples rely on the same I/O -- or Input/Output -- Process in order to achieve results.  This Naturalization Process, a fundament of Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology, is colloquially known as Brainwashing.

The Nine

Integrated Systems Improvement Services, LLC

The September 1999 issue of Fortean Times (FT:126) ran a cover story entitled, "Plan 9 from Outer Space."  PYRAMID SCHEME! reads the cover.  The title is a reference to the famously bad Ed Wood movie, but the article is about another "Nine:" 

The Nine is an organization founded by Andrija Puharich, aka Henry K. Pluharich.  Pluharich is best known publicly for having discovered Uri Geller.  Less well-known is the fact that Puharich was a CIA operative.

Lab Nine was established at Pluharich's Ossining, New York estate, and included European nobility, multi-millionaire businessmen, scientists, and figures close to the US President.  Star Trek creator, Gene Roddenberry, was also involved -- he even produced a movie based on The Nine.

In 1973's Prelude to the Landing on Planet Earth (or Briefings for the Landing on Planet Earth), The Nine claimed they were actually the Ennead of the Heliopolis -- Egyptian gods including Isis and Horus, the Egyptian entity Aleister Crowley claims to have channeled in his Book of Law.  While Lab Nine disbanded in 1978 after Pluharich fled to Mexico, its tendrils run deep -- extending well into the highest echelons of government, business, and military sectors even today.

Pluharich was an Army doctor directly involved in the CIA's MKULTRA program with Dr. Gottleib in the 1950s.  Their experiments included drugs, hypnosis, and beaming radio signals into victims' brains.  The Round Table Foundation, where The Nine made their first appearance, was also founded by Pluharich in 1948 -- and was a Pentagon front for medical and parapsychological research.

The Nine continued well beyond Pluharich's involvement, which ended around 1980, following events at his Ossining estate (including arson) that sent him fleeing to Mexico, claiming the CIA was after him.  (Pluharich was working for US intelligence at the time.)  Phyllis Schlemmer, a Florida-based psychic healer and agent of The Nine since the 1970s, published her first book, The Only Planet of Choice, in 1992.  People involved in The Nine rose to power in many fields throughout this time, but specifically in the worlds of politics and the New Age movement.

The Nine's incredible influence over America continues to this day... and well beyond.  It currently operates under the name "IS," an acronym with numerous meanings.

Voice-to-Skull Technology - V2K, Mouth to Skull

Voice-to-Skull Technology (Gangstalking)

Voice to Skull (V2K), or Mouth-to-Skull, technology is a form of electronic telepathy used on Targeted Individuals in the United States and elsewhere.  "Poppers" -- AI and personnel employed to gangstalk Targeted Individuals -- use hot words and Classical Conditioning to hypnotize victims, who are then fraudulently diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic (usually).  Often, the goal is to create a "Manchurian Candidate" assassin, or provoke self-harm in the victim, but it is also used to 'discredit them in public' (paraphrased from declassified CIA documents).  This gangstalking communications technique is rampant throughout the US -- employed by street gangs, media organizations, paramilitary organizations under contract to the DOD, military, law enforcement at state and local levels, as well as government agencies both foreign and domestic.

The DOD is a vicious terrorist organization openly involved in the widespread use of silent weaponry against  American civilians in violation of every Law imaginable.  By contracting out to agents and agencies such as ISIS (now SIS) the DOD has terrorized the world for decades under various names, most notably the FBI and CIA.  Contracting out to terrorist organizations allows the US government to engage in "plausible deniability," thereby avoiding lawsuits relating to non-lethal torture.  In fact, targets are sometimes referred to as "Programmable Lifeforms" or PLF (not to be confused with the Palestinian Liberation Front)-- also a legal abbreviation for "plaintiff."

Innumerable US Senators, Congressmen, and politicians own stock in defense contracting companies that use voice-to-skull technology and other forms of silent weaponry on US citizens.  They also own stock in pharmaceutical companies that provide unnecessary psychotropic medication to targeted individuals, with malice aforethought.  Psychotropic medication was developed for interrogation use on American civilians and military personnel by the CIA's Project: Chatter (1947-present), and makes targeted individuals more susceptible to suggestion -- particularly the mouth-to-skull gangstalking technique, which employs Classical Conditioning and hypnotic "hot words" as triggers.  These sorts of "enhanced interrogation techniques" are viewed as torture outside the US.

Project: Deep Sleep - An Overview

Project: Deep Sleep

Operation: Deep Sleep is a massive, and nefarious, military deployment of silent weaponry being used on American civilians, as well as others around the world. Much of it appears to be related to the use of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency waves), EMF (Electromagnetic Fields and/or Electromotive Force - to be investigated), manipulation of the media, gangstalking, and the use of hypnosis. This program may be the source of The Hum.

Numerous political figures and "targeted individuals" have recently experienced "sudden dizziness," even while lying down, including Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton. Deep Sleep technology has been used en masse to induce dizziness, nausea, and fear.

Targeted individuals often hear voices, believe people on TV or the radio are speaking directly to them, and experience induced psychotic breaks (or episodes). They are usually unnecessarily heavily medicated to avoid "Manchurian Candidate" events.

The author of this post does not suffer from suicidal thoughts, nor do I have any medical conditions or habits that would result in sudden death.

Mass surveillance operations such as Echelon and SIGINT collect data on individuals which is used to facilitate Operation: Deep Sleep.

Hypnotist Refuses Anesthetic

A 61-year old hypnotist from Sussex underwent surgery without anesthesia and says he felt no pain.

Alex Lenkei has been practicing hypnotism since 16 and his surgeon was confident in his abilities. According to the article, Mr. Lenkei is a registered hypnotist and the surgeon had no problem signing-off on this rather unusual request.  While such requests are becoming more common, they are rarely allowed due to fear of legal reprisal, should something go wrong.  An anesthesiologist was present, just in case, but Mr. Lenkei did not need him.

Lenkei says he was aware of everything going on around him, including the use of a chisel and saw at various points of the operation, but felt nothing.  The surgery -- which included removing part of a bone and fusing together the joints in his thumb -- was successful.

Look Ma - No Hands!

According to studies done in both the US and UK, amputees may find relief in watching others rub their hands together.

It has long been documented that people who lose limbs or other parts of their body experience "phantom limb" phenomena - the sensation that the limb is still there. This most often manifests itself as phantom limb pain, a condition that is generally untreatable; while phantom limb pain is normal for up to six months following the injury, if it persists, the prognosis is not good. Traditional treatments include massage of the amputated area, surgery to remove remaining nerve endings, drug therapy, even biofeedback, but no clear-cut method stands apart from the rest as being more effective.

Using various methods, the study found that they were able to "trick" the amputee's brain into experiencing sensations in their phantom limb. Some patients even claimed their pain disappeared for up to 15 minutes!

The research sought to discover ways in which to trick "mirror neurons" - neurons which fire when a person intentionally performs an action, as well as when someone else is observed performing intentional actions, such as waving. Under normal conditions, these neurons help us predict others' intentions by simulating the action in the brain, but under the controlled conditions in the study, they were tricked into not sending a blocking signal to the brain, thus making the patient "feel" the observed action in/on his phantom limb. In this case, it was the intentional act of massage. The potential for such study goes beyond phantom limb pain: for example, stroke victims might be able to relearn movements simply by watching others perform them.

Many of these studies relied on hypnotic techniques meant to help the patient suspend his disbelief. As one expert put it, "...the patient has to accept the illusion is real for it to work."

Practical Applications of Hypnosis

It's far too early to be certain, but it seems altogether possible that the clerics of the god, Science, have decided to throw us "fringe" thinkers a bone on Hypnosis. Of course, they prefer to call it "Hypnotherapy." It's more Sciencey that way.

Anyway, according to experts at King's College London, in combination with medicinal treatments (of course), Hypnotherapy may help ease IBS sufferers. IBS, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, is "undeniably common," to quote one of the experts involved in the project, and Hypnotherapy techniques may help alleviate the pains, frustrations, and other symptoms of the illness (such as constipation, diarrhea, and even Depression).

One of the techniques specifically mentioned was a therapist-overseen method of creative visualization, or autosuggestion as first termed by French doctor, Coue. Autosuggestion and creative visualization is a technique of placing one's self into a light state of hypnosis and imagining various scenarios to improve their state of mind and well-being. "The Perfect Day" is one such method, where patients creatively visualize their "Perfect Day," beginning from the time they wake up to the time they retire. They think of having their favorite breakfast, doing their favored activity or having a particularly easy-going and successful work day, and so forth. The technique mentioned for the treatment of IBS sufferers can be called "The River" (though the article did not name it), where the patient visualizes his bowel as a fast-moving river, then gradually calms it to a smooth-flowing one.

To now, creative visualization has remained an "alternative treatment" for victims of many diseases and illnesses, including Cancer. As stated in the article, there is both a shortage of skilled doctors and a general skepticism to the process from "learned" communities, which is not helping anyone.

Many modern self-help books employ variations on such themes as autosuggestion and creative visualization, most usually consisting of positive mantras. Possibly the most widespread of these involves looking into a mirror and repeating a positive validation of yourself, your health, your success, or your future. Some research indicates that the success of such methods are improved by only repeating the mantra three times. The number 3 has a special connotation in the Occult.
