US6011991 - Gangstalking Technology and The I/O Process (Naturalization)

The I/O Naturalization Process

US Patent #6011991 is a form of electronic "telepathy" using computers, satellites, and monitors.  Radio waves, infrared, and other forms of telecommunications technology can be broadcast directly into the receivers' brains using this (and suppressed) form(s) of technology.  While this is largely used by the US Military Industrial Complex and government, it is available to anyone with the money to afford it (such as corporations), means to develop it independently, or with connections to installations such as the Pentagon (DoD/CIA/Google under ALPHABET, Inc.).

Hearing voices is frightening -- especially when combined with force compression tech, gravitational wave tech, knowing that electronic home devices are spying on you, and worse -- and is usually enough to send one spiraling into a manufactured nightmare, and right into wherever They want you (prison, mental institution, military, et.al.).  The criminal underworld defines this as "Paranoia Schizophrenia," a non-existent and untreatable "disease" compounded by the prescription of psychotropic medications developed by the CIA in the 1940s and '50s (under MK-ULTRA) to accelerate these brainwashing techniques (Naturalization).

This is known as "The Process."

The ON/OFF technique is a particularly oft-employed hypnotic technique once thought (by this writer) to be exclusive to pornographers.  Pornographers use the ON/OFF technique to acclimate "young" (new to the business, not necessarily age-wise) marks to performing sex acts in front of a camera and crowd.  The "performer" is continually told that the camera is ON or OFF until s/he learns to ignore it, and the environment, and merely "enjoy The Process."  This breaks down their natural inclination to embarrassment, guilt, or shame, making them more willing to perform ever more daring acts.

This is classified as a Naturalization technique -- naturalizing the behavior of, or making the behavior seem natural to, the subject.  This is particular, but not exclusive, to I/O psychology -- or Industrial and Organizational Psychology -- a military specialty.  Interestingly, I/O in computer terms is Input/Output -- which is also slang for sex (particularly in the dystopian Cyberpunk genre -- "The Old In and Out").  In less clinical terms, it is known to pimps as "turning out a trick."

Both Christian extremist sects (basically, all X-ian church groups and schools) and Scientologists use the Naturalization Process -- as do pimps -- to exact a "flattening" of emotions and emotional responses, thus steeling their subjects against their targets' verbal response.  Lawyers and Law Enforcement personnel use it to train witnesses for testimony, and the military uses it as early as Basic Training.  Naturalization is a basic precept of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In effect, The Process creates sociopathic personalities, which can also result in further psychiatric damage; the Naturalization Process is sometimes called "brainwashing."  In fact, there is literally a cult known as The Process Church whose members were known as the Processians, which we will discuss in an upcoming post (they're an early offshoot of Scientology).

Yet most of it works this way: Just as OSS, or Office of Strategic Services = SSO, or Special Security Office -- a division of COMINT, an UMBRELLA term.  Which, interestingly enough, also stands for both Social Security Office and Single Sign-On.  That last link is for a Single Sign-On service used by Law Enforcement in Arkansas -- the original home of the Clinton Network (NOTE: That link is being tracked; open with caution) -- which secured its Overlord status through the theft of a criminal database known as INSLAW in the late 1980s.  Parrable.com is another single-sign-on service used by Law Enforcement and paramilitary organizations working for, or under, the DHS, DoD, and/or other Federal government programs.

These anagrams, palindromes, acronyms, and easy-enough-to-overlook cryptographs are considered legal "disclosure" -- despite the fact that they are anything but, particularly to civilians and citizens who have no idea about interoffice abbreviations used in "classified" communications.  Take, for another example, the Clinton Global Initiative: An acronym for CGI -- the very epitome of "Fake News."

Similar methods are employed to "radicalize" individuals, particularly online.  By infiltrating users' social networks, and posing as friends and contacts, aggressive gangstalking escalates into open mockery, humiliation, and terrorism.  The victim gradually (or immediately) desires revenge, and the target of their revenge is either someone the gangstalkers want out of the way, or is quickly changed through a rotating pattern, signal delays or relays, and general confusion.  This "two birds with one stone" approach is favored by US police across America.

Notifications, an invention seized upon by fast-moving social media, accelerates this process by acting as poppers.  Technology developed by the CIA in the 1940s and 1950s -- especially by such luminaries as Pluharich and Lab Nine -- that include devices covered by Patent US6011991, 6506148-B2, US4877027, and others, are used to gangstalk targeted individuals and force them into destitution, prostitution, criminal activity, or otherwise compromise their health, safety, and livelihood so as to fully compromise and discredit them.

This overall Operation comprises such early programs as CHATTER and COMINT -- part of the UMBRELLA Project: ECHELON (SIGINT) used by the NAZI military forces and installations, governments, corporations, and religious and "psychiatric" institutions.  Or, basically, everyone with a desire to impress and enforce strict behavioral codes on Programmable Life Forms (PLF).

Machine code and the management, or Overlording, of peoples rely on the same I/O -- or Input/Output -- Process in order to achieve results.  This Naturalization Process, a fundament of Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology, is colloquially known as Brainwashing.

Voice-to-Skull Technology - V2K, Mouth to Skull

Voice-to-Skull Technology (Gangstalking)

Voice to Skull (V2K), or Mouth-to-Skull, technology is a form of electronic telepathy used on Targeted Individuals in the United States and elsewhere.  "Poppers" -- AI and personnel employed to gangstalk Targeted Individuals -- use hot words and Classical Conditioning to hypnotize victims, who are then fraudulently diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic (usually).  Often, the goal is to create a "Manchurian Candidate" assassin, or provoke self-harm in the victim, but it is also used to 'discredit them in public' (paraphrased from declassified CIA documents).  This gangstalking communications technique is rampant throughout the US -- employed by street gangs, media organizations, paramilitary organizations under contract to the DOD, military, law enforcement at state and local levels, as well as government agencies both foreign and domestic.

The DOD is a vicious terrorist organization openly involved in the widespread use of silent weaponry against  American civilians in violation of every Law imaginable.  By contracting out to agents and agencies such as ISIS (now SIS) the DOD has terrorized the world for decades under various names, most notably the FBI and CIA.  Contracting out to terrorist organizations allows the US government to engage in "plausible deniability," thereby avoiding lawsuits relating to non-lethal torture.  In fact, targets are sometimes referred to as "Programmable Lifeforms" or PLF (not to be confused with the Palestinian Liberation Front)-- also a legal abbreviation for "plaintiff."

Innumerable US Senators, Congressmen, and politicians own stock in defense contracting companies that use voice-to-skull technology and other forms of silent weaponry on US citizens.  They also own stock in pharmaceutical companies that provide unnecessary psychotropic medication to targeted individuals, with malice aforethought.  Psychotropic medication was developed for interrogation use on American civilians and military personnel by the CIA's Project: Chatter (1947-present), and makes targeted individuals more susceptible to suggestion -- particularly the mouth-to-skull gangstalking technique, which employs Classical Conditioning and hypnotic "hot words" as triggers.  These sorts of "enhanced interrogation techniques" are viewed as torture outside the US.

Ghosts Bang Around Ohio Home

An Ohio woman claims her house is haunted by the ghosts of children, phantom smells, slamming doors, and men and women having sex in her living room. And she has the pictures to prove it!

The unidentified grandmother who lives in the house with her daughter and granddaughter says the family has become accustomed to the ghosts, though the dog avoids the basement after a peculiar event. However, she admits to being scared whenever she is alone in the home.

Would-Be Robber Held as Sex Slave

According to some reports, 32-year-old Viktor Jasinski attempted to rob a hair salon in April of 2009 only to be floored by a single kick from 28-year-old salon owner and karate black belt, Olga Zajac.  Zajac then dragged Jasinski into a back room, tied him up with a blowdryer cord, and kept him as a sex slave for three days.  Zajac was said to have fed Jasinski nothing but Viagra to ensure his continued productivity.

Upon his release, the would-be robber went straight to police in Meshchovsk, Russia, to report his ordeal and both were arrested.  But, while Olga admits the two had sex, she claimed she bought him new clothes, fed him actual food while he was there, and even gave him money before he left.  The 28-year-old summed him up with, "What a bastard."

Some commenters claim the police exposed the story as a hoax, but with little elaboration.  Is the entire story untrue, or only Jasinski's version of events?  Unfortunately, the Internet does not say, as the salaciousness of the story seems to outweigh any attempts at truth.

Woman Disposals of Husband's Penis

48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker drugged her husband's dinner, tied him to the bed, and cut off his penis as he woke-up. She then put his penis in the garbage disposal and turned it on. Her 51-year-old husband underwent emergency surgery, but little is known about his condition.

Becker has been charged with a litany of crimes, including aggravated mayhem, which could get her life in prison. She is currently being held on $1 million bond. When questioned by police, Becker said her husband - who initiated divorce proceedings some months earlier - "deserved it."

Police Searching for Serial Killer in LI

Authorities stumbled over the bodies of four prostitutes in Long Island while searching for another missing girl.  All of the women had posted ads on Craigslist.  Their corpses, in various stages of decay, were all found within a quarter-mile range.  Police are offering a reward for information leading to a suspect.

On May 1^st, a resident in the area called 911 after a girl 'who looked like she'd been partying all night' banged on his door, screaming someone was after her.  She ran away into the woods and has not been seen since.

30-Year-Old Nanny Dies from Sexual Excitement

Medical experts agree that a 30-year-old woman who worked as a nanny apparently died from over-stimulation of a sexual nature. The woman's half-naked body (undressed from the waist down) was found in her bed at home in October of last year. Pornography was playing on her computer and a sex toy was discovered nearby. Experts say she died from sudden arrhythmia brought upon by her state of arousal.

Porn Film Shot on Location at London Hospital

A 'big budget' porn film was shot on-location at a London hospital prior to 2002, according to the heads of the Primary Care Trust (PCT). Speaking to the House of Commons during a meeting involving more transparency in government accounting, Ms Mordaunt, Portsmouth North MP, said the film -- a "big budget affair" -- "generated substantial income for the hospital."

A big-budget porn film generally consists of $15, an 8-ball, and the promise of a ride home.

All Parisian Policewomen Are Criminals

Strictly speaking, since no French woman is allowed to wear trousers, which are part of the official Parisian policewoman's uniform. Though the law, on the books since 1799, has been amended several times over the years, and is basically negated by a 1946 gender-equality law which runs counter to it, it has never been removed from the books. It even survived a 2003 challenge - by a Right-Wing MP!

Authorities are now looking at removing the antiquated law.

'Savior' Enslaves Wimminfolk, Fathers Own Grandchildren

Israeli authorities arrested Goel Ratzon on January 15^th and charged him with rape and incest, based on evidence that Ratzon may have maintained a "harem" of up to 17 women around Jerusalem for the last two decades. Some accounts say Ratzon observed his subjects via closed-circuit camera and forced them to turn-over their earnings. Still more suggest he fathered some of his own grandchildren.

Goel's first name means "Savior" in Hebrew and the story has gripped the nation, but Ratzon denies that he was ever these women's "messiah," saying he is "just good to them." He also denies all of the charges he's facing, including enslavement and rape. He remains jailed, awaiting trial, in what his attorney claims are "inhumane conditions."

A Hot Piece

A woman who refers to herself as "a jealous wife" is facing murder and arson charges in Australia after she set her husband's penis on fire!

The fire killed the husband - weeks after the injuries were first inflicted - and gutted the family's home. The woman told neighbors she had only meant to burn the man's genitals: "I just wanted to burn his penis so it belongs to me and no one else ... I didn't mean [for] this to happen."

Yes, guys, she's available.

Sex Change Curse

A letter recently published in a New Zealand newspaper warned whomever stole a flower pot from outside a home in Gulf Harbour that s/he was about to suffer a gradual sex change. Apparently, the flower pot contains the ashes of the writer's grandmother, who also happened to be a witchdoctor. She surrounded the area with sex change icons which will cause the thief to slowly switch genders.

The author of the letter said he was a medium who was in contact with his grandmother's spirit, but she could not direct him to the makeshift urn because she was unfamiliar with the area to which it had been moved.

Wife Posed as Teen to Trap Husband

A British woman posed as a 14-year old girl online to trap her husband. When the wife became suspicious of the time her husband was spending online, 61-year old Cheryl Roberts logged-on to the computer in another room and, posing as a 14-year old girl, engaged her 68-year old husband, David Roberts, in a chatroom.

After her husband used a webcam to broadcast himself performing sex acts and asked his wife (whom he though was a teenage girl) to meet for sex, Mrs. Roberts called police. Mr. Roberts assumed he had been caught downloading child porn images and movies, which police found on his computer; it was only weeks later that he discovered his wife was involved.

David Roberts told authorities he had not had sex with anyone underage, but was "prepared to do so." He also did not know why he began behaving in such a manner and welcomed treatment. He was sentenced to three years probation and denied contact with any persons under the age of 18.

The couple has since split.

Polish Yeti a Pervert?

One week after a teenager caught what he says is a Yeti on film, a 19-year old girl says a similar creature watched her bathe from the opposite bank. The girl says she was skinny-dipping (swimmin' nekkid) when she saw what she thought was a bear on the bank. When it raised itself on two legs and ran off, she was shocked. Her boyfriend snapped a grainy photo which might be real only because it looks so fake.

A week earlier, another camper filmed a dark, apelike figure in the same area. Bigfoot hunters and park officials alike have descended on the area.

Spain Holds Voodoo Pimps

A little over two weeks ago, Spanish authorities arrested some 23 men following raids on 10 houses in which they seized computer equipment, materials used in Voodoo rituals, and passports. The men are accused of supplying the European sex trade with Nigerian women forced into prostitution by threats of "Voodoo curses." The average age of the girls being trafficked is said to be between 12 and 18 years.

In February, Spanish authorities received a complaint from a Nigerian woman who claimed to have been one of the men's victims. She told police the men practice black magickery and frighten their victims with threats of "destroying their souls" or "making them crazy." Some women were transported by roadway into Libya then smuggled into Italy by boat, while others were approached in European hostels from which they disappeared. Some 150+ girls disappeared from hostels in Europe in 2006 and 2007. About a dozen were recovered; the rest are thought to have fallen prey to human traffickers. The money the girls make prostituting is kept by the criminals until their debt (for smuggling them into the country) is paid. The average cost is just under $70,000.00.

Somewhat ironically, many of the trafficked women were branded witches by their villages, who threw them out of their homes and abandoned them. They were promised high-paying jobs and marriage to good men in Europe, but first had to swear an oath in a cemetery. Their fingernails were cut and pubic hair shaved, then their clothes were seized and a sanitary pad with their menstrual blood was collected. These items were ceremoniously placed in a shrine as "wicked incantations" were recited. The girls were told both they and their families would die, should they try to escape or expose the criminals. So fervent was their belief in this magick that few of the girls would leave their lives as European prostitutes when offered escape.

Some of the girls have sex with as many as 30 men a day in an effort to pay off their debt quicker. Madams encourage this by telling them the sooner they paid-off their debt, the better it is for them and their families.

11 men are awaiting trial in the Netherlands for these very practices, following their arrest in March of this year. Arrests involving Voodoo curses used to force girls into prostitution in Europe date back to at least 2007.

Prominent Egyptian Cuts Off Penis

A prominent, 25-year old Egyptian from the Qena province cut off his own penis to protest not being allowed to marry the woman of his choosing. After his father refused to allow him to marry a girl from a lower social caste, the unnamed man heated a knife and sliced off his own manhood. Doctors were unable to reattach the member.

Egyptian marriages are usually arranged and rarely involve love. Qena is one of the poorest provinces in Egypt, as well as one of the most conservative. It is home to the ruins of Luxor, which was once the site of Thebes, the capitol of Egypt in the New Kingdom. Many have referred to Luxor as "the world's greatest open-air museum."

Greece Frees Cross-Dressing Britons

17 male Britons from Bristol were arrested in Crete for "scandal and misrepresentation of a costume or uniform." Police received accounts of the men lifting their fancy dresses and nuns' habits to reveal G-strings or their bare bottoms. They weer arrested Sunday and spent the night in jail. They faced a judge this morning in the same dress in which they were arrested. The British Embassy in Athens confirmed all 17 were freed.

Apparently, Malia has been crowned a "party spot" by young, British travelers, joining the list of several other resorts on the islands. The behavior of young Britons in Greece reached scandalous heights in 2005, with Greece's tourism minister calling an emergency meeting after photographs of Britons having sex in public appeared in newspapers in both countries. In 2003, a British vacationer was killed in a bar brawl started by Britons. A month later, another British adolescent was charged for starting a brawl.

The Greek mayor also blames the hundreds of Greek bar and club owners and vacation agents who organize pub crawls and encourage drunkenness. Charges of orgies, rape, and more have been levied at vacationing Britons throughout the decade.

Supernatural Powers Through Sodomy

Government troops from Rwanda sodomized a pygmy tribe leader in front of his wife and children, then raped the family in front of him. When questioned about the incident, the troops said they sodomized the pygmy in hopes of gaining supernatural powers.

The leader was stripped and sodomized in front of his wife, their children, and his daughter-in-law. The children were then stripped and raped in front of the family. The raping of children and the elderly in the region occurs on a regular basis. The armed forces in the region are solely responsible and some say they are the same ones responsible for the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.

Pygmies have been targeted for abuse by these soldiers in the past, as well.

Japanese Schoolgirl Pays Phone Bill by Prostituting

A 37-year old mother and 47-year old stepfather were sentenced to jail terms and fined substantially for forcing their daughter to prostitute herself to pay for her mobile phone bill. A court heard testimony as to how the girl was forced to perform "an indecent sex act" on a man in a hotel room after school in February for about $175.

Japan is the world's biggest cellular market and an estimated 96% of all highschool students have their own mobile phones. This has led to a multitude of social issues concerning the devices, most specifically "cellular-bullying." I find the concept intriguing and it's obviously akin to cyberbullying, but the article does not detail it, so I'm not sure what it entails, exactly. Many districts have since banned cellphones from school premises.

An underage prostitution ring was uncovered earlier this year, sending explicit pictures and messages over their phones and arranging encounters with customers.
