The general public would be absolutely horrified to know the extent to which modern television and radio has been weaponized to manipulate them.
Some of it can be blamed on time zones, which have also been weaponized to control the flow of information. Sometimes, signals are relayed or delayed to one specific part of the country while another sees entirely different coverage of the same event.
Such as when only part of America saw WTC7 collapse in 2001.
The footage included interrupted a Dr. Who episode on Chicago's PBS station, WTTW - Channel 11, on November 22nd, 1987. What appears to be a man in an ill-fitting Max Headroom mask and oversized suit addresses the audience for no discernible reason, saying nothing of apparent import.
He appears to be filming inside of a rental storage unit and to reference Michael Jackson when he places a glove on his hand. Michael Jackson was arguably the biggest musical star in the world at the time and Max Headroom was a top-rated, dystopian sci-fi TV show in America, as well as a pop-cultural icon who sold everything from Pepsi to sneakers. It was about the corruption, commercialization, and weaponization of the media.
The video has never been explained and whoever committed this act of piracy has never been caught or identified... publicly, anyway.
Removing the streetcar rail lines systems from major US cities was a conspiracy to force American consumers to purchase personal automobiles and local governments to switch to gas-powered buses as public transportation.
The concept of selling vehicles as "personal freedom devices" came about in the 1950s, following the effectiveness of the aforementioned corporate conspiracy. It was only then that most ("nuclear") American families had cars they would allow their children to drive, as they were older models.
As an aside, I guess "nuclear family" just rolls off the tongue more easily than "Big Oil" family... Speaking of, why is the logo for British Petroleum, or BP, an image of the sun and not a fucking dinosaur?
ANYwho, it was not until the 1980s that having more than one car per household became an American Standard (ahem) when both nuclear family parents were forced to hold down jobs due to stagnating wages and rising inflation -- caused by yet another fiscal conspiracy:

America, and the Western World in general, underwent a Spiritual Revival in the late 1960s and early '70s which experts largely attribute to a drop in organized religion and rise in Agnosticism and Atheism. The "Free Love" vibe of 1960s America gave rise to numerous cults, several of which originated in California and charmed Hollywood.
This Spiritual Revival spawned numerous, pseudo-religious cults and generated widespread interest in them, but also later did them in. The backlash from traditional, and far more organized, religious believers was so strong that it evolved into an Evangelical Revival in the late 1970s which then metastasized (Stateside) into Televangelism the following decade.
The original belief systems espoused by these 1960s sects owe much to Theosophy, a religious movement founded by Madame Blavatsky during America's first massive Spiritual Revival at the turn of the 20th-Century, following the end of the Civil War.
That American interest in Spirituality should peak following major wars with massive casualties is no coincidence -- neither is the omnipresence of Theosophy with Judaeo-Christian overtones, the militarization of the more successful cults, nor the media hype surrounding them. While most were either fueled entirely by sex and drugs or later exposed as con games, they were harmless... some cults, however, were more sinister -- and it can be difficult to tell the two apart, even today.
Introduction to, and induction into, most cults is passive at first: Many start as open religious constructs or social movements, just like modern "political" groups, becoming progressively less communal as one rises in the ranks. They are uniformly hierarchal, and ultra-secretive at the top.
In fact, the formulation of several, modern, American protest groups is directly patterned after the emergence of cults in the 1960s, some of which were manipulated by clandestine agencies using intelligence gathered from the first American Spiritualism Revival, refitted for the era (Feminism, Civil Rights, Irony as anti-Establishmentarianism, et. al.) for recruiting efforts.
Almost all of these cults are based on slivers of numerous religions and bits of science, with heavy Theosophical, Eastern, and Judaeo-Christian influences; most revolve around one or two central, Messianic figures (usually the founder[s]), generally thought to be somehow mystical; and larger sects uniformly exhibit paramilitary organization. The latter tend to be "Doomsday" cults, but only as a generality. Most were largely innocuous (all things considered), and many former members went on to live fulfilling lives in mainstream society.
Other similarities are contextual, as mentioned previously, reflecting the era in which the cults were spawned. For example, many ironically adopted Satanic, and vaguely Nazi, emblems and dress early-on -- primarily for recruitment purposes. Originally regarded as an act of defiance, such fashion quickly became counter-culture kitsch and rightfully recognized as a cry for attention. Several cults also had (drug) ties to motorcycle gangs that used similar imagery, fueling the mystery surrounding them.
That is, until the Tate-LaBianca murders.
Anton LaVey (d. 1997) established The Church of Satan in Los Angeles in 1967. After his The Satanic Bible sold over one million copies worldwide, LaVey appeared as The Devil in Roman Polanski's Rosemary's Baby (1968), and on the album covers of both The Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour and The Eagles' Hotel California. He claimed responsibility for several high-profile deaths to which he had no connection, such as that of Jayne Mansfield (a former member), which landed LaVey and his "Church" in hot water following the Tate-LaBianca Murders. While sensational in its time, LaVey's Church of Satan languished in obscurity until the Satanic Panic of the 1980s, when it was resurrected by well-coifed talk show hosts. LaVey had previously worked as a lion-tamer, carnival worker, and police photographer.
The Church of Scientology was founded in 1953 by writer, L. Ron Hubbard, and survives to this day, boasting many famous members from the Hollywood community. Hubbard's best-selling book, Dianetics, serves as the introductory foundation, but there are at least eight levels of Scientology (not including the legendary Level 9, which only Hubbard himself is said to have reached), and members spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to reach each one. A lot of cults -- a lot, many -- were splinters of Scientology, and many cult members came from, or went on to, other cults... some of which are very questionable. The Church of Scientology itself has increasingly come under scrutiny in the last few years for its checkered legal past and reported malfeasances, but members say they are being persecuted.
The Process Church of the Final Judgement was established in 1966 by Mary Ann McClean and Robert DeGrimston, who met at the London branch of the L. Ron Hubbard Institute of Scientology. The two developed their own system of auditing called "The Process," and formed Compulsions Analysis, which was later renamed. The Process Church found some small renown in the 1960s, eventually establishing churches across the United States. Processeans dabbled in Nazi-chic and Satanic imagery and hob-knobbed with rock stars, but after Ed Sanders' 1971 book, The Family, directly implicated The Process Church of the Final Judgement as the real "Family" in the Charles Manson case, they revamped their image and beliefs and changed their name to the Foundation Church. But the Process Church was directly tied to the founders' relationship (and also sex and drugs), and it fell apart once that ended. Despite its former, considerable stature, it is almost entirely forgotten today.
Heaven's Gate was founded by two people but is said to have sprung originally from Marshall Applewhite's inability to deal with his homosexuality. During "Class," the cult held deep, philosophical discussions on many things, culminating in a shared belief that death -- "leaving one's vehicle [body]" -- was just another step on the path to Immortality, and mass suicide was the means by which they would all make that journey together. Following the discovery of the Hale-Bop Comet in 1995, 39 Heaven's Gate followers donned brand new Nike sneakers, ate an applesauce tincture, then climbed into their compound bunks and died, believing a spaceship in the comet's tail would carry them onto that next stage of Immortality.
The Source Family was the most akin to The Manson Family, although it had far more Hollywood cachet and only half as many murders. While its public facade espoused the usual Hippie notions about returning to the Earth and Nature and rejecting societal norms and mores, The Source Family was mostly about sex and drugs... and a rock n roll band fronted by their Messianic leader, Father Yod. Father Yod's real name was Jim Baker, and Jim Baker was almost certainly CIA (although that cannot be confirmed, it cannot be denied). Whilst The Source Family outlasted the Manson Family, it eventually imploded due to its excesses, and disbanded after Baker leapt to his death in Hawaii on a homemade hang glider.
No rundown on 1960s cults would be replete without mentioning the Manson Family, in case I haven't, whose series of grisly murders brought the hippie movement to a brutal end, along with most of the cults and communes it had inspired. While most of them died-down or dissolved entirely after the chilling Tate-LaBianca Murders, a few cults from the 1960s and '70s straggled on -- some exist, even today!
The cult craze swept Japan a decade earlier, thanks to Operation: Golden Lily.

NBC Dateline Faked Reports on Suzuki Samurai Safety
In 1988, Consumer Reports claimed that there were safety issues with the Suzuki Samurai. While the claim was later reversed, that didn't stop Dateline NBC from running this report. Unable to force the Suzuki Samurai to roll over, frustrated producers and executives rigged the Jeep-inspired vehicle with demolitions, then "hoaxed" the report -- that is, Defrauded the Public. Public outrage and political grandstanding resulted in the Suzuki Samurai being banned in the US, despite the fact that Dateline NBC's 1988 report was a blatant fabrication.
I'd love to give a more robust post on NBC Dateline's falsified Suzuki Samurai report which ran in 1988, but most of the information has been removed from YouTube and the large search engines. So, instead, I'll say this:
It is this very behavior by the Western MSM which has caused viewers worldwide to not only distrust The Media, but call for punitive measures to be taken against their continued abuses. The most egregious of which, arguably, being the silencing of dissenters, "alternative" (to their) news outlets 1, and those who question the veracity of their claims -- which absolutely constitutes censorship, no matter the semantics.
In fact, a football player for the Jacksonville Jaguars [District 7] was just suspended for criticizing the media on Twitter, and "hundreds" of news outlets are colluding to editorialize President Trump's criticisms of their continued abuse of the First Amendment (and gender, and race, and history, and sexuality) as an "Incitement for violence." These are not creatures that understand irony but, speaking of which -- is it odd how so much of this is coming out of Florida?
For those who cry "conspiracy theorist" to shutdown every legitimate question and discussion, Dateline NBC's falsified 1988 report on the Suzuki Samurai resulted in the vehicle being banned in the US, and the original video of their false report, as well as most of the videos that reported on the fabrication (it was a big scandal then), have been removed from YouTube.
Removing evidence to this fraud the MSM perpetrated on the American populace decades ago is known as "Lie by Omission" -- or, in Legal terms, Suppression of Evidence. According to the Press itself -- as well as the alleged parents of the alleged victims at a Parkland, FL school shooting -- this may even be a criminal act. Criminal or not, it is clear evidence of a cover-up, or -- to use their favored (Legal) terminology -- Conspiracy.
As with that event, around which innumerable questions swirl (so many that InfoWars' Alex Jones has been almost entirely censored both online and offline, and is being sued by the alleged parents of the alleged victims of both Parkland and Sandy Hook -- the way WikiLeaks and the entire country of Russia is being "sued" by the DNC), it isn't just suspicious that they refuse to answer these questions; it isn't just suspicious that they resort to ad hominem, Censorship, and Malicious Prosecution to silence anyone asking these questions; it isn't just suspicious that they refuse to release any evidence other than that which they claim "proves" their own theory:
It's evidence of a Conspiracy.
I'm not a "Hollywood Guy," but I did take Drama and I have lost people close to me, so it's weird to me that the alleged father of an alleged victim at Sandy Hook would be laughing and joking moments before reading a prepared statement at a Presser held outside the school in which his daughter was shot dead hours earlier. It's pretty odd that anyone would be holding a Presser outside a school shooting to begin with, much less have an "Action Team" on-scene to write prepared statements for grieving fathers just in case -- you know -- in case those grieving fathers should want to speak to the Press before they make funeral arrangements and shit. It's twice as odd that he would need a moment to summon tears -- to set the mood, to get into character. It's downright incriminating that no one has answered questions about that.
And it constitutes a Criminal Conspiracy to continually remove that video from online platforms, flood the comments with racially-charged hate speech to have it removed, ban the accounts that post that video, and Libel everyone who questions this incredibly bizarre behavior by literally everyone involved.
If you have nothing to hide, why are you going to such extreme lengths to hide so much? Just answer some very pertinent -- very relevant -- questions, and try not to be such fucking wiseguys when you do. Try real, real hard.
The corporate media's continued accusations toward others of their own behavior (projection) in an attempt to allay blame has become so commonplace that it's been termed, "What-Aboutism." Their unceasing, baseless claims of sexism, Anti-Semitism and other forms of racism, as well as sexual predation, against anyone who questions them have resulted in loss of income, loss of careers, loss of freedoms, and loss of life -- just not theirs.
To date, no US MSM personality -- "journalist," "commentator," "infotainer," or otherwise -- has been harmed, yet their calls to action have absolutely resulted in violence, murder, vandalism, and open displays of aggression toward authorities and innocent citizens. Such as with this falsified 1988 Dateline NBC report on Suzuki Samurai safety, which resulted in the model being banned in the U.S.
There is no greater, more immediate, threat to National Security -- to the safety of American civilians, American children, American cities, or the Constitutional Rights of Americans -- than this media cartel.

On September 11th, 1973, US-backed military forces murdered 60,000 Chileans in a coup-detat which lead to nearly 20 years of brutal rule in Chile by Augusto Pinochet -- known to US citizens as, "the savior of Democracy." While then-President Allende's building was bombed by fighter jets, shot at by tanks and soldiers on the ground, and eventually set ablaze, it did not collapse.
Julian Assange ran the website, WikiLeaks, dedicated to publishing the information mainstream media (MSM) and compromised news outlets refuse to carry: In short, what many refer to as "The News." Assange has made countless enemies by doing so, having been falsely accused of raping two women in one country, and now targeted for assassination by the US and UK joint forces (MI5, MI6, SIS, CIA, FBI, DIA, NSC, NSA, et. al.).
Years ago, Assange took refuge in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. After tweeting about UK politics, the new Ecuadorian President, a sock puppet, terminated the award-winning journalist's Internet connection, effectively sentencing him to solitary confinement -- a barbarous practice in violation of International Law (yet widely practiced in third-world countries, such as the DR Congo, Saudi Arabia, and the US).
When one Alex Jones reached out to the embattled reporter's mother for an interview, Jones and his supporters were set upon by what is known as "The Deep State" -- a mafia of unelected, and unaccountable, parties which includes the Western media and their controlling corporations. Jones' infamous "InfoWars" was simultaneously pulled from Apple, Spotify, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google (both controlled by the very specifically titled Alphabet -- a practice the Deep State terms "Full Disclosure"), a move which prompted outrage and condemnationacross the board.
While Twitter has allowed Jones' account to remain open, it selectively deleted several Libertarian accounts, along with the accounts of such luminaries as the editorial director of AntiWar, Scott Horton, thanks to unwarranted accusations by CIA asset and self-proclaimed "journalist," Jonathan M. Katz.
It should come as no surprise that The Ecuadorian puppet "President" has escalated threats against Julian Assange as US purchases of Ecuadorian oil have soared. Nor is it a surprise that Jones' accounts were simultaneously removed when he began digging into the Bill Browder/Uranium One conspiracy involving the 2016 Clinton campaign and the Clinton Global Initiative. Until WikiLeaks began publishing the recovered (not "hacked," as has been demonstrably proven and confirmed by actual experts) and deeply incriminating DNC files, Assange was lauded by US Democrats and their media lackeys.
In the video above, Chris Cuomo of CNN -- brother of New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo -- threatens his audience with legal actionand prosecution for reading WikiLeaks material related to Hillary Clinton and the 2016 Clinton campaign, in which funds for Bernie Sanders were embezzled by DNC racketeers, such as Donna Brazille and Debbie Wasserman-Schulz.
Sadly, former President Obama made this terroristic threat "legal" with the passage of the NDAA. This form of terrorism is now legally referred to as "positive propaganda," and is ostensibly necessary because "national security."
Conveniently, the "Fake News" purge started the morning after Donald Trump was elected US President. This quickly became known as #RussiaGate, as Russia -- and President Putin, specifically -- have been blamed for literally all of the DNC's (and "Deep State's") wrongdoings since that time, albeit without a shred of evidence to back up such crackpot conspiracy theories.
The DNC even filed one of the most ludicrous and truly bizarre legal cases in world history -- against WikiLeaks and the entire country of Russia! Now, the disgraced and thoroughly unmasked "RussiaGate" conspirators have conveniently determined that Julian Assange must be extradited to US soil... to "testify" at their ridiculous and demonstrably Seditious "hearing" on the debunked Steele Dossier they, themselves, assembled.
