101-year old Chinese grandmother, Zhang Ruifang, began growing a horn on the left side of her head in 2009. The protrusion is directly above her eye and is approximately 21/2" long. Now, another protrusion is appearing on the opposite side of her forehead - thought to be another horn. Some are calling her "The Goat Woman."
While the woman's family is worried, some experts think it is only a cutaneous horn. While they can be startling, most cutaneous horns are not dangerous although some are cancerous. Most only grow to a few centimeters in length, though they can be longer. Cutaneous horns of this length are very rare.
