Olga Worth Stephens was a 75-year-old actress from Dallas, Texas. In October, 1964, witnesses say they saw Stephens burst into flames while sitting in her car. Ms. Stephens burned to death before anyone could help her.
Olga Stephens' car was not damaged, nor did it contain anything that could have started the fatal blaze.
