A 25-year old woman had a baby and told jailers it was in the toilet. Authorities found the infant upside down, its head submerged in the toilet, but it survived. The woman, who was in jail for violating probation, is likely to face additional charges stemming from this event. Jailers say they were unaware she was pregnant.
