32-year old Michelle Allen was arrested wearing a cow suit for allegedly chasing children, urinating on a neighbor's porch, and acting belligerent toward officers.Earlier, Allen had been warned to go home and stay there for the rest of the day. Police say she reeked of alcohol. The weird thing is that she was wearing a cow suit!
