PHOTO: Possible Interstellar Base (Unknown)

I received this photo in the 1990s -- though I cannot say exactly when, nor do I know where it came from or when it was taken.  If I recall, it was alleged to be a lunar base, but I could be wrong; this may well be a base here on earth in some remote location rarely photographed.

I decided I'd share it because it looks cool, and may well be interstellar!
