Authorities were called to a Pittsburgh-area highschool on May 19th to investigate what a custodian thought to be a fetus found in a stairwell. The custodian had previously discovered blood in a girl's bathroom. The Department of Health recovered the object and sent it to the coroner, who determined it was actually "some kind of vegetable-based material," but could not be more specific.
