This third batch of UFO files, previously classified secret and unavailable to the public, covers the years of 1987-1993 and contains more than a few oddities which cannot be easily dismissed. Perhaps the best is the one from 1989, in which an unidentified woman claims to have encountered a fair-haired man with a Scandinavian accent who claimed to be an alien. The woman ran away, thinking the man crazy, but heard a loud buzzing before she got home and turned to see a large object, glowing orange and white, rise steadily into the air until it was out of sight.
Other incidents had more ready explanations, usually blimps, space debris, and so forth. But there are a handful of accounts which defy explanation
