A transgendered Cleveland, OH woman plead guilty to reckless homicide for exercising her 73-year old husband to death. The septegenarian suffered a heart attack after being forced to swim laps in the couple's apartment complex pool for too long a period.
Chris Newton-John was born John Vallandingham and had sex "reassignment" surgery in 1993. James Mason, the 73-year old, had been friends with the family since before Vallandingham was born and lived in a boarding house run by the [wo]man's mother. The two married in Kentucky, a state which allows people to change their gender on their birth certificates, which made the marriage legal.
