Nowak to Plead Temporary Insanity

Ex-astronaut, Lisa Nowak, will pursue a defense of temporary insanity.

Nowak made world headlines earlier in the year when it was reported that police had picked her up on her way to confront a rival lover. Accordingly, she was said to have worn adult diapers on the drive in order to keep from having to make so many stops. Now, police are saying they were actually children's diapers which she claimed to have used and kept in the car.

Nowak was said to be armed and planned to murder the rival girlfriend of a fellow astronaut with whom Nowak was previously romantically involved. She is not being held but is forced to wear an ankle bracelet which informs authorities as to her whereabouts at all times.

Nowak has denied all of the charges.
